Big kudos to Wenger today. Making the Chesney call was a gamble, but his leaping/height ensured that no balls into the box reached Benteke. He was starved for any influence. Also picking Walcott was another one which surprised me. He was pretty anonymous for the first 30, but then once he actually held up the ball, he got more involved.

Overall, we completely snuffed out any threat that Villa had and bossed the game. Granted, we should be doing this with the players we have, but you just never know in a one off final.

Finally, Coquelin is one of the best defensive midfielders in the Prem. He had an ace game and even pinged some great balls out to the wings. Ok - got one tackle wrong which could have been punished (on Gabby A), but the rest of the game - excellent.

Really good game from Arsenal and finally a trip to Wembley where no one should have had nerves.

Fantastic performance. Wenger got it right starting Feo and a great finish by Feo too! But oh sweet lesbians covered in beer that goal by Sanchez is one of the all time FA Cup Final greats. BANG!!!! The fucking movement on it. Brilliant finish by Giroud as well. Great team performance and a great day.

100% right. Ozil was sublime. At his best (like today) he is simply in a different class. I just wish Wenger would build a flexible 4-4-2 around Ozil and let him work th magic as a 10. Sanchez and Santo too were different class today.
