Seat relocation

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Has anyone had contact from the club about moving seats yet?

In my experience of the offices at Arsenal , you have to pester them . If you leave it up to them it will get firstly sidelined and eventually lost and even if you have a confirmation letter someone will tell you that it never happened.

I was away on holidays as well but checked my emails everyday just in case. I got an email on a Friday saying they tried to contact me 're the seat relocation and that I had til Monday at 5pm to get back to them.

I got back to them I didn't get my preferred location. They just offered me 6 seats closer in my same block. That was last week.

I got my move 9 days ago and a mate got theirs the week before, I chased it up on e mail 2 or 3 times though although I don't think that got me seen any quicker, I never got an e mail, I got a call from a private number so if you are like me and don't alway answer those you might want to start now, I only did because my mate told me a week before that he got the call via a private number.

I couldn't get the lower tier but I got 3 together in the upper tier row 9 as opposed to row 17 and 19 so I'm happy with that for now.

They told me it could take well into July to get sorted so you could be waiting a while.

If you haven't moved seats than once you renew that's it, your old card still works.
