The 2015 Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

But somewhere in the back of my now depressed mind there's this voice saying "WTF? He HAS to strengthen that squad with at least 3 quality signings and AT THE VERY LEAST with one quality striker".

He HAS to.

But he won't. :( :|
Just like when we were left criminally short at centre back last season, despite "certainly" replacing Vermaelen :rubchin:

Profit secured, bonus earn't who gives a fuck about points and titles ?

Cech could play out of his skin for every single game but the fella can't score goals at the other end (although he can't be any worse than what we have) and there is no way he will make up a 15-20 point deficit.

Man City, chavski, and manure all look stronger, and pool will run us close, tbh I've lost interest and only knew about cl draw by visiting this site, I certainly won't be paying to go and watch a second rate team led by a man who should have retired gracefully a few seasons back. Shame really as a brother and sister of mine go quite a bit and I would like to join them but it just irks me when I see the likes of giroud and welbeck up front and such an unbalanced team.

I feel very vexed when I think of The Arsenal and that just isn't right, of course I blame you cunnts on here for most of that  , your constant bleating is catching on :?

Anyone got any rumours about impending signings pleeeeeeaaaaase.....

There is though a consolation this weekend in that our friends from Chester le street are coming to stay with us today through till Tuesday and my mate is a makem, so we can just get pissed and forget football altogether (well our teams) :barscarf:

Lefty has finally come over to the dark side      :barscarf:

I shall now be known as Darth"Lefty"Vader :barscarf: yes yes that could be daft

Or Daffy fucking Duck!

But we both know old buddy, you will now be known as Darth Ewok. 8)

It has been said here before, what needs to happen is Wenger not to buy and our rivals do and hopefully then we finished out of top 4. Support, pundits and press will then start to turn on the git and maybe then there will be change.

TBF We did sign Gabriel in the Jan window, I know we were short for a little bit longer than planned, TV has remained permacrok and managed 2 Barca appearances at £7.5m a game

8/10 on the rantometre! Good use of the c word, succinct and to the point, I enjoyed it and totally agree! :D :barscarf:
Thank you very much. I'm glad you enjoyed it. If I could find the wanker emoticon, I would have put that in there too.

Not saying that letting TV leave was wrong, but to not replace him till January was criminally neglectful and left us with, from memory 6 defenders, 2 of which were new to the team and BFC had just got back from the world cup not giving a shit.
How did our early season matches go ?
January is when you got additional players in to push you on not to replace gaping holess that were there through the summer and then half the season. :banghead:

"To fail to prepare is to prepare to fail" once said a great man - Wenker prepares to fail each season and could be considered now by some to be an expert.

Yup, agree Stuart, think Ive forgotton the major screw up at the start  , but even though BFG couldnt be arsed would Wenger have dropped him? Cant see that myself.

Also Kos wasnt good with his achiles tendonitis so doubly stupid.

Arsene didnt have a plan and the board kept quiet   :banghead:
