Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil, 26, will receive a "serious" offer from Turkish side Fenerbahce, according to the player's agent. (Takvim via Independent)
Oh! Well bye bye don't let the door hit you in the back on your way out!
I thought he already left?
are you honestly telling me Mesut Oezil plays for Arsenal?

I thought he left a year and half ago
I'm predicting his reappearance will come during the second half of the Olympiakos home game when we're showboating and strolling our way to the most pointless of victories
Yesterday showed what being part of Wenger's Arsenal is like. When an opposing player clearly cheats and ruins your chances of winning the game, how do our players react. They do fuck all, no harassing or irritating Costa, or even going in hard on him, just accepting what happened and getting on with it. Wenger has bred a team of losers with zero fight, and a team that doesn't give a shit about their teammates. This loser mentality is running through all aspects of the club and wont begin to be eradicated until Wenger fucks off.
I couldn't understand the substitution. I would've taken Ozil off, brought chambers on gone 3 at the back kept coquelin on played a compact 3-4-2. With bellerin, Sanchez and Theo we'd have the capability to play counter attacking football.

Can you imagine a diego someone team being like that ? I would love him to come in and shake these c.unts out of their nice comfy world
Interesting to hear about Pat Rice shouting at the players at half time and then told not too by Wenger, he was a tough Northern Irishman, not technically gifted but totally committed, and a solid performer at right back.
To see him motionless in the dug out, bottling up his emotions was not him, same goes with Steve Bould
Not sure whether its general malaise within the club, or they are muzzled by Wenger

All the players had to do was keep their cool, take turns in winding Costa up until he got another booking / red.
We appear to have no nous in the big matches at all
A week ago, Le Tool was taking the piss out of ManYoo for spending £36m on Tony Martial. From everything I've seen so far, kid looks line the real deal. Pace, skill, strength and finishing. Oh but what was that idiot LVG thinking spending big cash on a top talent? Laughable! Better to hand Galactico contracts to human turds Wankcott and Giroud eh?

Beat me to it
What's this revolutionary new thing where you buy a player to score goals and he arrives and scores goals.....we should look into that!!

Presumably Man U were only able to sign him because Monaco sent them a nice email telling them he was officially for sale, because otherwise you're not allowed to go for players are you ?

I've not seen enough of the lad yet to know if spending £35-50m on Martial was the right thing to do or not, but when you look at our need for a striker, the money in the bank and the decision not to buy anyone, you can't help but look at Martial (and Martinez) and wonder
Time will tell. I guess we just hope Theo keeps scoring

One thing that is for certain is that it has given the rest of the United team a very real lift and other attacking players who were struggling for form now look relieved to see him up there - Rooney and Mata in particular. That is a point that is often overlooked - its not just the player himself but the impact on the rest of the squad. It happened when Ozil and Sanchez first joined, and it would undoubtedly have happened again this season....its part of the reason why teams should always look to add at least a couple of players even if they've just won a title

but SteveO you forget we were riding high off the back of a second F.A cup win,a Singapore cup and the community shield, the morale and belief running through the team before the start of the season should have been enouh to carry us on to win the PL and the CL this season at least

SteveO I think Arsene was expecting Monaco to deliver Martial Amazon Prime style, next day delivery with a shiny red bow tied on him. Delivery man had to knock on his door, and made sure he turned up at a time that suits Arsene. Of course if it came at a 95% discount then that's the only time there's "value" of course! By my reckoning Martial has already won them 5 points in the 2 games he's been involved in. Interesting.
I won't contrast that with all the pts our shite have cost us!
Isn't it funny how since everyone else cottoned onto France being a source for players, Le Twat has done sod all in that market?
Schneiderlin went Soton, Pogba joined ManYoo, LVG got Martial, Spuds got Lloris for just £7m, Varane he never even was in for before Real got him for just £10m, Kingsley Coman went to Juve etc...
Oh hold on. "We work 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week to bring you..."
it's been said so many times before but- if you stand still, you're moving backwards. we stood still this summer and in doing so moved backwards from an already precarious position. i don't see us finishing fourth this year- it's been said before but we haven't played well once this season and we don't even seem to have that gritty side to our game that got us through at the end of last year. stoke at home, ok we dominated but I'm not at all convinced by it- confidence is seeping away quickly and looking at our fixtures where is the nest nailed on 3 points?
