Burnley (H) | FA Cup R4 | Sat 30th Jan 3pm

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Why play Ospina? The guy is going to leave at the end of the season anyway so no point trying to keep him happy.

Because if cech gets injured we will need ospina for crucial fixtures in the charge for top 4 for a record 76th season in a row

it's a stronger team than the one which faced chelsea...

30 years ago we beat rotherham 5-1 in the fourth round at highbury, would love a similar scoreline today :barscarf:

Every game Gabriel plays for us he gets that little bit worse. By the time he gets to his 50th appearance he will be at full blown Cygan levels of shitness.

Far, far more important that elneny starts - if le cock doesn't play him against a championship team, then what use will he be when we face the scum and both manc teams ? Seeing as we are going to only make one signing (unless you include the two Nigerian young players who will both actually turn out to be 29 years old  ), he will be expected to make a contribution in the title run in whether he is ready or not

He is a player who really needs to go out on loan and get some games and some confidence back. Oops thought you said chambers

But yet a high percentage of Gooners will argue that he is the answer to our prayers at centre back - as I have continually suggested, just cos he isn't the BFG doesn't automatically make him good enough

As we're on the subject of bashing centre backs how shit was that from Kos? Another guy deteriorating by the week.
