Leicester at home 14th 1200

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Is there 60,000 at the ground or 60? Even the crowd is shit.

you need to have an aggressive central midfielder to win a league.

we had two in 98, petit and vieira. right now we have a couple of princesses in ozil and ramsey.

oh and wenger is glued to his seat yet again, yet this glue magically is overcome whenever a decision he doesn't like is made. fucking useless cretin, stand up and do some fucking managing you apathetic loser

Never a pen, but we don't look arsed. Leicester a hundred times more organised than we are. I've never seen a team so intent on overcomplicating things, rather than playing the simple balls, than us...

How much has Martin Atkinson had on Leicester to win the league?

Dear me, I don't know how you can play against it. The most blatant of fouls on Ozil under his nose, and the Vardy penalty 15 yards from him and without a second's hesitation he points to the spot. Three Arsenal players booked in a game where barely a challenge has been laid

referee is having a fuking shocker and its benefiting Leicester.

But where the aggression and outrage by the players. Wheres the desire to get back into the game.

Title on the line and the game is passing them by.

What does Wenger tell the players? What frame of mind does he have them in, to the point they are playing like its a testimonial match?

There is no energy at all.

Sure the ref is infuriating and fuking us over. But the players just take it and allow the situation to unfold.

no attempts on target,we're so fucking good up front, we may as well play a 785 acre ranch up top rather than Gironkey!

I've said it before Refs need to be more answerable for their decisions, it's ridiculous that a decision like that can effect the outcome not only of a match but potentially a whole season but Referees are never openly brought to account.

To be honest barring the poor reffering and our ropey defending at times i've been quite enjoying the match up to now :banghead:

It's at times like this I think to our dear fans like Steve I and CloakedLoon. Did you know Mesut Ozil alone cost almost double the value of the whole Leicester 11 out there today? Or that Sanchez alone costs more than their whole team?
Using AKB logic there's no way Leicester should be even close. And yet....ref made a bad decision but let's be honest, a proper team finds a way to shred Leicester. Instead, static Giroud offers slow Wes Morgan and Huth the perfect afternoon stroll, no threat in behind, no skill and technique on the ball. In midfield the "amazing" Coquelin is being absolutely bossed by Kante. They are honestly miles apart in quality it's hilarious but yet Coquelin is the one on £60k a week. Frankly comical.
