Re: SUMMER TRANSFER THREAD
Apparently we are trying to loan Gervinho out. Great another player we can't sell.

Of course in most people eye's a playmaker isnt on our list of priorities but could wenger ignore the prospect of another tippy tappy technical based footballer to go alongside the rest of them ?

A playmaker is high on my list of priorities! - we look completely devoid of ideas at timesaugie wrote:I know some guys on here rate this guy -

We look slow, predictable and lacking in creativity, drive and ambition. A proper playmaker (like Fabregas

Of course, we're also as toothless as a gummy bear

We look slow, predictable and lacking in creativity, drive and ambition. A proper playmaker (like Fabregas) can change that.
Of course, we're also as toothless as a gummy bearso a top class striker is surely the number one priority.
A top quality DM is my number 1 priority but I certainly see the need for a striker too
For me we can have all the best playmakers in the world in our club but it wont make a blind bit of difference - the tactics we use negate the effect of a dynamic playmaker as our build up play in monotonous and sidewards so until wenger goes or tactics change, I dont see the point of recruiting a playmaker
Re: SUMMER TRANSFER THREAD
Neymar to Barca.. now we should get Villa easily before Spuds do. As a replacement for Bendtner, Gervinho, Chamackh..

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has ruled out the sale of his top players this summer, including Jack Wilshere.
The Frenchman also claimed that the club will be adding "at least three" big signings in the transfer window.
Star players such as Cesc Fabregas, Robin van Persie and Samir Nasri have all left the Emirates Stadium in recent seasons, though Wenger, who is thought to have as much as £70million to spend, insists that won't happen again.
"We won't be selling any of our top players this time around and that includes Jack Wilshere," said Wenger.
"We'll be adding at least three significant signings."
Stevan Jovetic and Ashley Williams are thought to be Wenger's main targets during the summer months.
