I agree with this, in all walks of life with regards companies etc it is the Boss that runs the company and if he does not like the managements results then he changes things.

While I agree that Stan's laissez faire attitude towards on field success is a problem that contributes to the current malaise that grips the club, he most certainly not is the problem.

We are valued at £200 million more than Chelsea, just think if they were not so greedy to win big trophies they could have kept a mentally strong squad, stockpiled their cash, and been battling us for 4th place.
