Bendtner; The Leg-end

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Don't worry mate I am letting it fade into the ether, once people stop commenting on it it'll drop off the top page and I won't bump it ever again, I can't help it if Bendy is just too much of a hot topic at present

I'm concerned that I might start thinking he's not compleletly crap, which could have serious repercussions for the universe's equilibrium.

 embrace the love mate, only when you open your heart to Bendtner and his immaculate first touch can you truly appreciate beauty. I reckon he'll be a revelation for someone next season, might even be Arsenal!

It's his first touch, which is generally followed by a throw in, that bothers me.

Bendtner on the move?

Post by manninger »

Bendtner says to Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet, that our Club have made an agreement too sell him. 5 Clubs can he choose among, and the bundesliga is likely his new home

Gladbach, E. Frankfurt are the favorites...

Hopefully he is offf

last week he was acused of throwing a glass of beer at a car after a night out...

He did miss, but according to saftm it was because the driver was too slow to appreciate his sublime timing and after all, it's not all about hitting the target is it?

Hmm ,the Bundesliga, quite fitting really, the league which produces the best football in the world at present is surely the only place for Nicklas to showcase his talents. Plus, not only is the football top drawer but the atmospheres are amazing and the fans are a massive part of the clubs with majority ownership, safe standing and cheap tickets. After his miserable time at the evil overlords of Juventus it is only to be expected that Bendy, who is a man of the people, would make his move to Germany where he can be truly appreciated as a legend of the game and as a symbol of hope and good in a world of terror and pain.

As for the beer throwing incident, the miscreant in the car probably spoke to a woman in a demeaning tone and that is something which Nicklas will never stand for. Yes, his response may seem uncouth, but sometimes even the best of us must sully ourselves for our principles. Nicklas is like a finely sculpted, alpha male version of Flash Gordon, he will save every one of us.

Ahhh... Pink Boots apparently "doesn't mind" taking a step down "if needed" to "restart" his glittering career. Erm, no Nic - you need to take a step down to find your proper level in football, mate - somewhere around Division One.

Everybody glossing over the fact that the only reason he hasn't moved so far isn't because he had some sort of future or we wouldn't let him go but because he wouldn't take the wage cut and preferred to play for the same sort of club whilst helping himself to an extra 20-30k a week from us.

Aint that the truth. After 4 years at the club we gave the lump a double your money contract to stop Barca and Madrid signing him.Another great decision by Inspector Clueless

Niklas is currently considering '5 offers'.
Apparently he is currently favouring the 'pink boots/gimp mask' offer of B&B in the cupboard under saftm's stairs.
