WTF are we doing. Massive outgoings leaving a shit thin squad even thinner. Massive gamble.

I'm most pissed off with the fact we seem to be rebuffing efforts from clubs to sign the feather. I can't stand him, as i'm sure all of us on here would be more effective than him. This suggests we are going to be relying on him as back up.

I don't think I've ever seen a more ineffective player vs PL or Championship opposition than him. Comes off the bench when we are chasing a game and we all then know that's it we ain't scoring. Makes f all effort when he is on, despite being shit, and when he gets a chance completely cocks it p or does his very best to. There must be someone in the youth who at least trys and put themselves about who would be more useful than this lightweight.

Going against the grain, but i think we should just activate Isaks clause. Yes his record is poor this year but hes 22, and whenever i've seen him he looks a class part. I think he will become a huge star in the future and bigger clubs will be in for him in the summer. He's not the finished article but think he will be special. He won't instantly fore us on but i think could be a huge player for us. hes not worth 75m currently more like 50-60, but i think he will be a 100m player in a couple of years.

we wont do it though. we are signing no one. i'm staggered. its the biggest f you to the fans, it give arteta an excuse when we finish 8th, especially this seaosn with 4th place up for grabs, yet we make no effort to seize it. Even scum are signing players, modest juve bench warmers (Patriatici paying funding Vlahovic)but better than what we have in central midfield at least.
Thought this was supposed to be Balogun's year wasn't it? The club shit itself when Liverpool were talking to him, and it was a big thing that they got him to stay. 2 games into the season and officially banished because quite clearly it was his fault that we got dicked by Chelsea and Brentford. Ever since then Nketiah has been the bench warmer and Balogun has been loaned out - even though the former has had dozens of chances and has less than a year on his deal. Fucking amateur hour. I'm not saying Balogun's gods gift or the answer to all our prayers but what the actual fuck with Nketiah? Could he be worse?

I don't watch the foreign leagues so have only ever seen Isak for Sweden, when to be fair he has looked decent. I'd rather sign Calvert Lewin as I think he'd fit in with the culture of this young side and won't need a year or more to adapt to the rigours of the PL. He might not be as prolific as an Auba but he sure as hell is better than what we have and will bring the young attacking midfielders and wide men into play in a way that currently only Laca does (and even then inconsistently)
Nketiah will NEVER be good enough - too Lightweight...like a fucking cocktail stick

As for Balogun - There were all these Rave Reports etc in the media but when I saw him play he looked as if he were out of his depth ................... Maybe I am being harsh, but he really looked like a reserve squad player...

I read this morning (BBC ?) that Auba has agreed to play for next to nothing at Barca - and whilst that is good for us money-wise in that we are no longer forking out £350k a WEEK! for a Ghost - I have my suspicions that his Banishment was not all down to him and that had Captain Black not been so obstinate - Auba could have been brought back into the fold so to speak.

His loaning out to Barca will please the Kroenke's purely because of the money aspect - Regardless of whether he could have stayed and contributed... We all know he has been a shadow of the player he was, but perhaps that was in some part due to what was going on behind the scenes... I hope the truth or some of it comes out in the up & coming Netflix thing.

I thought Balagun should have least been bench material as the feather is worse than useless as he showed against Everton and Forest.

Isaak or Calvert Lewin i would take either on the basis that better than what we currently have,

It has to be one as i can't believe we can let all of those players leave including PEA and not bring some in. If we don't and Laca goals is injured well the chance of 4th is then gone and surely Arteta must have sanctioned PEA leaving , dangerous game !!!!!

While we've been fucking around with Morata and Vlahovic, our number 1 target Loic Remy has moved to St Etienne........

9 years later and trumped again

Given Rodders and I have connections at Olympiacos (albeit more in a bubble bath and Barry White Greek fan club way), I'm more than happy to tap up Yann m'Vila 10 years after he should have joined us anyway

Joe Cole was looking like he'd kept himself in good shape on BT Sport too

Taxi for Higuain?

Anything......anyone???

Featherweight Eddie N can take care of at least 3 of those roles!

“Aubameyang's arrival in Barcelona has surprised the club itself. He usually comes to Catalonia and today he wanted to be there in case the negotiation is finalised. But nobody from Barça went looking for him at the airport.” [@JosepSoldado]

Aubameyang is channeling his inner Odemwingie.

As this transfer window has been such a self-harming one, I fully expect Pepe to go as well. If he does, the season is over. Mid table with a contract extension incoming.

Pepe going, we wouldn't miss him as he offers very little. I'd forgotten about him anyway.

Let's clear everyone out and when the next fixture comes up and we ask for a postponement the FA will say 'why?' and we can say because we only have a squad of 6 players. :D
