route one, but it worked well at the end....power up front gave us that bit extra.

For once Wenger used his subs well.

Height and power did it for us in a tight physical game.

Q that wasn't route one, that was a pass from Bendtner worthy of DB10 himself. BTW I am not a fan of Nick or Ade.  :D

And Adebayor makes the difference between a win and a draw. Again. Hate him if you like, there's no doubt we need him firing like that to win the league.

We will be lucky to finish fourth this season, winning the league is beyond us this season.

I don't know what you guys have been smoking but RVP was good tofay! He set up adebayor for the first goal after a nice run and he's the best set-up piece taker in the team so far! (His free kick on the post was again splendid!) He also set-up walcott nicely in the first half. FFS he's actually one of the most consistent players in the team! (when fit)

THe Gallas-Silvestre partnership worked quite well! I feel much more confident with Silvestre in defence as he is capable of defending on high balls.

ALmunia is more and more becoming reliable. He has a new way to get out of his cage which covers much more space, a bit like Reina's outings. Today was another great performance by the spani... errr.. English goalkeeper.

On a darker note, I think that Nikky B is not quite ready yet to take Ade's place. He wasn't at his best today... Not enough physical presence. Though I'll be waiting for the day Nikky takes Ade's place for good. Get rid of the C*nt.
Cesc passing was out today. I think that's the main reason why we had such a hard time scoring. He's involved in almost all our attacking phases, so when he's not at his best, we can clearly see the lack in middle.

One last thing. THeo is just on the breach to become a fantastic player scoring many goals! He still hasn't got all the automatism, but he is starting to get his marks. I believe that at some moment in this season he's going to find his marks, start to feel more confident and score quite a few goals.

Not the best performance today offensively, but in general that was a strong arsenal team, that kept a good west ham team from scoring. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

I hate to admit it, but I'm afraid you're right Wayno. We are a very decent team but I don't see us beating the other top 4 this year again. Chelsea and liverpool have much more strengh and experience in their squad and Man U are just not in it right now but no doubt they will be there at the end of the season. If we can hold up on a good stream until January and then make the signing we need (fingers crossed), we might be able to pull out a little somethin somethin... :-P

another 3 points well deserved but there is something missing, we dont seem to be playing as well as we should, west ham didnt create much which was handy but our defence played well enough, rvp is becoming a bit of a luxury in my eyes and i cant see why walcott was took off when he was the most dangerous player we had, but i guess it worked so will leave that one go

Did you watch the first half :?: :? He was no where to be found I don't think he is consistent at all. Yeah his shots might have been fantastic shots but his finishing has been crap all year. He came on strong for those whole five minutes and showed us a glimpse of what he can do.
