At first I thought I'd heard wrong but then they said it again. Utter stupidity!!! They're saying that as the time Celtic have to equalise decreases, we get more edgy??

Sure we'd have been shitting ourselves if we were leading 2-0 on aggregae in the 89th minute tonight. FFS.
The first leg on Sky was just as bad, but I guess they like to root for the underdog?!

It's all bullshit anyway... just ignore the idiots. 8)

Pretty pleased all round with that :barscarf: Two excellent goals from Eboue & Arsh, haven't seen a replay of the penalty incident but it ddn't look like a pen from where i was lol, seeing as they didnt show it again inside the stadium i guess that was the case.

And after all that, i've just got in and found that i seem to have lost my membership card. Bugger.

Can I just point something out regarding the Celtic fans.

Whilst I agree that they are a good example of what loyal faithful fans are, I do feel the need to remind people that their staying to the end tonight should not be used as a marker to applaud them. In case anyone hadn't noticed they were the away team tonight and are probably kept in for a while after the game.

Can't fault them for their spirit though!

Footage from the ITV highlights programme show the Celtic fans used a laser pen/gun at Eduardo's face while he was taking the penalty :( :(

Love to know how celtic fans put Arsenal/s to shame tonight.

These people that make such comments actually go to the game.

Were you forgetting to put an emoticon after this statement G88ner? Cos whatever he may have done, do yopu seriously think he deserved having one of those things being shone in his eyes/face?

He went down easily, I'm sure if the Ref saw it and gave him a yellow he'd have taken it and got on with it. He got lucky that the Ref was in a poor position and gave it. That's who the Celtic fans anger should have been directed towards!

The ref made an HONEST mistake...whereas Eduardo cheated, so why would the Celtic fans (or players) direct anger at the ref???

Anyway, my comment was tongue in cheek... sorry for the lack of emoticon, but he did cheat and even if 2 wrongs don't make a right, I can understand (and he should expect) a rough ride and a spot of retubution.

But, no.... I can't condone the use of laser pens, obviously (but, I think you'll find it was Fergie in the crowd using the laser pen, and not the Celtic fans  )

Thought so, fair enough

And you're right, it prob was Fergie, the cheating crunt. Afterwards he probably pointed it towards the 9.58 landing at Heathrow Airport

Eddy is a tremendous player but it was a terrible dive, but i guess its like eboue when he dived in the cl final, he dived for arsenal.

True, and Pires did the same. It's disappointing, but hey... he's Eduardo, he's Arsenal and therefore we accept it! 8)

Anyway, if you look closely I'm sure he trips on a blade of grass! - dangerous little buggers when they don't give way, you know!; they can trip up a 12st man no problem! :D
