the click the "Play" button and wait for the video to load in the sopcast application, wait for the little green bar to get to 80+ so that means it will stream without any lagging.

Click "Play" next to any of the Sopcast links on here, ideally one that has [EN] next to the channel logo. Unless you want Chinese commentary of course!
