Eboue for their goal, he just let the player on the left go by him, what the fuck is he doing on the pitch, using up a place for someone else who will be at the club next season, Wenger is an utter waste of fucking space... giving captaincy to players that want to fuck off, position on the sub's bench for players who will be fucking off.... words fucking fail me...

About the Groves thing, yes I know he didnt play under Wenger, I just phrased it wrong....he still had less time under Wenger than Keown....

Time running out for Wenger hopefully.

I really think we are fucked with him in charge whether Mata/Jagielka or other touted signings are brought in or not.

I actually think if Fabregas and Nasri stayed and we signed a CB, Mata and another we still wouldnt win the league or near it.

This team has way too many mental, physical and tactical issues to overcome it all now.

We had a chance for the league in the last 2 years were it was up for grabs and we blew it badly.

This year for the first time in a long time I feel we havent even a shout of challenging for the title nevermind winning it.

On the train home again. Woeful performance again. Why give pitch time to a guy who HT Wenger's own admission probably won't be here this time next week? Yet again we dominate possession, do nothing with it & then concede a goal. Absolutely fuck all has changed since last season. Wake me up when Wenger's gone...

At least Wenger can't try and claim that everything is rosy, as he possibly would have done had you won it. Even he must now realise that you desperately need to strengthen, his "project" simply wont work, and especially not in the current footballing climate where the young lads you bring through will want to fuck off for more money before winning you things. Get Samba, then raid the mags for Enrique and Tiote, then get a keeper and a powerful striker and you could be in with a good shout of winning the title.

Our own trophy on our home ground in front of 60,000 muppets with the weakest opposition ever and we still didnt win it.But what matters to the club is they made Â£6m over the weekend thats all that matters these days.Money before trophies

So what have we learned from this pre-season so far:

Our defence is still shite;

We still lack a cutting edge up top and despite having loads of possession struggle to break teams down, make enough clear cut chances or actually even shoot often enough when the chance presents itself;

Left Back is still a problem;

Song still can't pass properly and is no more mobile or disciplined;

Arshavin is still lazy and careless with the ball and I've reluctantly come to the conclusion that he's a luxury we can't afford right now;

Chamack is living up to his transfer fee of nothing, as that's exactly what he gives us, fuck all. Can't hold the ball up, not great in the air, little pace, too scared to have a strike on goal. In fact, the guys in danger of making us long for the days of Nick Bendtner!!

Nasri was average and looks like he is just seeing out time;

RVP still can't take a set-piece of corner properly and his 2 goals and the odd flash trick apart, was also average at best and still dropping too deep, thus leaving us with no target up top;

And finally, if Wenger thinks this squad is good enough to win the title, then it sadly appears that he is still as deluded as he ever was.
