Do what any fan does when an away game is sold out and they have to go in the home end- keep quiet, dont vocally support the opposition, definitely dont celebrate if Milan score (nothing more annoying then being pissed off at a goal going in only to see some bellend dancing about in your part of the ground, when theres been drink had its bound to lead to trouble) if Arsenal score he should at least try to look happy, obviously dont even think about wearing Milan colours, just go in normal clothes and watch the game, people might just think he is a quiet gooner!TopGunner14 wrote:Fellow Gooners,
This will be my first away trip for an Arsenal match and looking forward to it. Will be in the Away section, but have to pick up my tix at the box office as us North American gooners were warned that the tix may not make it on time. Luckily I am going to the Blackburn game and will pick them up then.
One question, one of my best mates is coming with to this match, but he is a Milan fan, how will my fellow Gooners take his presence in the away section? Of course, he should get stick and be reminded he is amongst the Arsenal, but no need to chance personal safety.
In fact this trip is happening cause upon the draw he sent me a txt simply saying "Milan, Feb 15, we are going", and now we are spending Concorde money to make the trip.
I'm going to the game like- I intend to blend in by getting absolutely rat-arsed before kick off whilst dancing about in some big square in the city centre, joining in with "we love you Arsenal we do" and various songs about people wearing yellow ribbons and Tottenham Hotspurs going to Rome to see the pope, by generally taunting the home fans and by jumping about like a babboon with a red hot poker up its arse when Arsenal bang a goal in. He could always copy this method and he'll be absolutely fine, although the fact that he doesnt want Arsenal to win might make it more difficult
