Feel we are like a snowball in a furnace ... Have we any pride left ? Seems hopeless
I concur. Smug.

Apparently it wasn't a red card and they (scum) were the better team!Top Londoner wrote:"Santi Cazorla is really, really good."

We can also only beat them if they have 10 men also. Thank fuck Parker saw red last year, we were really struggling at 5-2.1989 wrote:I read someone saying it wasn't a red because Cazorla was fine.![]()
Basically Cazorla should've had his leg snapped in two for it to be a justified sending off.

As soon as I saw us wearing that all-dark kit againt Arsenal, I knew we will lose. It is annoying we didn't wear our traditional kit against our traditional enemy.
Spurs management don't believe in superstition or sentiment, do they. We overcame a 23 year jinx at ManU wearing white shirt and dark shorts. But we have not used that kit since then. Why ? How will the players feel the pride and passion for the shirt if we keep on changing it ? IMO, we should be wearing the white shirt-dark short kits for the rest of the season, just to remind the players that we beat ManU wearing that
Couldn't believe Webb didn't control Sandro...kicking fucking lumps out of people. Thought it was his sixth foul he was booked on. Lennon got yellow for two fouls.DB10GOONER wrote:Mongs. I think Sandro had actually committed 7 or 8 fouls before his booking. Lucky not to be booked twice and off. He is a shit player, only offers physicality, very little skill or technique and very little intelligence.
What I want to know is why didn't the Welsh Messi totally destroy us with his amazing "world class" skills? Huh? What happened there? Oh, right... he's little more than an average player 9 games out of 10.![]()

Actually I kind of agree with him, obviously it wasn't reason we destroyed them but it was an awful kit . We complained about some of the rubbish Nike have produced for us over the years.. Tradition should mean something.LDB wrote:As soon as I saw us wearing that all-dark kit againt Arsenal, I knew we will lose. Yes, thats the reason
Complained yes, but I'm not sure I've seen anyone offer it up as a reason for the players losing, being shit and not caring. None of these modern mercenaries give a fuck about the colour of their kit and if playing for one the most successful English clubs with a tradition of producing proper teams that fight for each other doesn't inspire them then playing for some medium-sized two bob cup team isn't going to do much.Bradywasking wrote: Actually I kind of agree with him, obviously it wasn't reason we destroyed them but it was an awful kit . The fact that the comment came from a fan and not a player makes it partly valid. I know a kit of any kind has no impact on player performance and in general it's the colour of the money and not the shirt that counts for the players. But tradition is important to fans (even Spuds ones) and we all feel the traditions of clubs has been let down by awful kit designs.LDB wrote:Complained yes, but I'm not sure I've seen anyone offer it up as a reason for the players losing, being shit and not caring. It's wishful thinking enough when gooners trot out this stuff about "playing for the shirt", for them its beyond embarrassing. They'll play for their next contract/transfer and their place in the team that's it.
Flawless logic doesn't seem to account for the fact that they were wearing white pretty much every game in those 23 years...LDB wrote:As soon as I saw us wearing that all-dark kit againt Arsenal, I knew we will lose. It is annoying we didn't wear our traditional kit against our traditional enemy.
