slightly off tangent, but the press are acting f##king ridiculously about the "always the victims, its never your fault" chant. the daily mail for example said that the chant was "aimed at liverpool supporters" as a direct result of the outcome of the report, but then said that it was sung at luis suarez last season...
no wonder this hillsborough thing has blown up so much, the press have got their legs behind it. idiots the lot of them.

I guess it was sung at Luis Suarez last season AND was sung because of the report on Saturday.
For the man u supporters assoc to suggest that because there was no "specific reference to hillsborough" there is no link, is contemptable and they should be ashamed.

I agree, whatever they say they their intentions were they knew/intended it to pertain to Hillsborough on Saturday, and it was indeed construed that way by the majority of their fans and the club itself. Petty fucks managed to mention Munich in their statement too.

Whenever you have a large gathering of people the law of averages determines that a certain percentage will be Kúnts.
The scum and the manc have them that sing peado songs/chants at Wenger, the manc have them that sing Hillsborough stuff, the Mousers have them that sing about Munich, and we have them that sing about the Holocaust.

Of course you do, difficult to blame the club for a few idiotic individuals BUT they should be ejecting people from the grounds, it's the only way to make a stand.

I don't care if this makes me a c**t or not but I would have no probs whatsoever chanting that "always the victims" chant at the scousers

I have continually expressed my sympathy to the families of those that perished that day but the fact that the scousers have been given a free pass on culpability for that incident is seriously pissing me off. If this whole thing was put to bed now then I would accept that but the scouse supporters will milk this "we are innocent" and "we told you" instead of just being happy with the verdict and that is making more angry with each passing day

I've never seen this footage until recently, but it shows outside the ground before the game
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypE5TG2U ... r_embedded#!
Shockingly unorganised. We will never know how many had tickets and how many didn't, but going off scouse previous, id wager hundreds, if not thousands did not.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... 827167.stm
Go to 3.30 in that video for clear as day evidence of ticketless scousers rushing the gates at Wembley and causing a crush.
http://hillsborough.independent.gov.uk/ ... 110001.pdf
The above report also mentions ticketless fans gaining entry to Hillsbrough
http://hillsborough.independent.gov.uk/ ... 020001.pdf
And I am not sure if the above is what is claimed to have been doctored, but there are countless examples in this of scousers hardly acting like angels. Though im sure a similar dossier could be complied about many clubs.
Fact is, the police do shoulder a large portion of the blame for their shocking organisation, and subsequent cover up proves this. Something needs to be done about that, as well as the lies about people being beyond help after a certain point.
But the notion that thousands of scousers all turned up with smiles upon their faces to this game and all acted like law abiding citizens is frankly nonsensical. There sre still un answered questions about the lead up to the disaster. THe aftermath is where I have sympathy.

First off all RIP to all 96!
Also in Germany a lot of documentation and news about the tragedy.
There is an article in the KICKER
http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/intl ... teile.html
