I've been training for a half marathon and did a timed 5k race today as a warm up for it, did it in 29 minutes which is the first time I've beaten 30 mins for 5k so well pleased

first race too, i train on my own normally so being in with 90 other people was very different

Nice one flash. Training with a team really will reduce your race times. before you know it you will be looking at sub 25 mins.
Are you taking your diet seriously too? Not just on training/racedays?

My last week in work....

Finish Thursday 28th Feb 4pm.....Me and some others (all being finished up) Gonna go straight to the pub and get shitfaced. However before we do .....we (4 footie fans) have a plan to leave a '
little surprise' in the workplace for the *word censored* who sold us down the river....nothing harmful...but seriously very twisted and will be remembered forever and cause him so much embarrassment his missus will freak!.

That's shit OBG. I hope that you're not too long out of work mate. I wouldn't bother with the dole office either. tried it myself these past few months' and then got sanctioned from receiving any benefits for three months because I refused to travel to Orpington, Kent for a interview for a 16 hour per week job.
About your little surprise? Are you going to let off the fire alarms, leave a tom tit in the urinal and staple the boss' prick to his desk?
What might perk you up is spending some time on a 10,000th post titty thread mate.
edit. Is it really ten thousand? Wow

That's something i struggle with, i hate running with a water bottle so haven't drunk much during training which i know is bad, the good thing is during the half there are scheduled drink stops so shouldn't be a problem
