Surely assume it will be what it was last season, the only way it will go is down if we end up in the Europa. It isn't like the deadline for renewals is any earlier than usual.

By my reckoning 27% of the clubs season ticket revenue comes from the cup credits, so difficult to believe that the club - already starved of Champions League revenue - would do anything to sacrifice such a huge wad of cash in early June.

That's why I fancy that finishing 5th would see a change to the cup ticket rules rather than a straight reduction in the season ticket price...

What team have you been watching, mate?! Our season now ends in February... March if we're lucky! :(

Excellent point. I stand corrected. Is there a season ticket available that starts in about mid September and ends in February?

Perhaps I'm a little confused here....but surely if you 'blank' something, you're actually saying nothing at all? :rubchin:

My understanding is that the club have prepared 2 fulfilment packs to be posted to season ticket holders, 1 priced on basis of CL and 1 for Europa, its that simple and straightforward.

Plan is to send out Monday after Newcastle unless of course the scum oblige at Pulis land and we confirm 4th on Tuesday night in which case the mail out will be brought forward.

Europa cup ties will not be as cheap as Capital Cup i.e. £20/£10 but think in line with Cat C

Lets hope renewal prices remain unchanged

With Europa league, I guess prices would jump quickly if we progress past the group stage.
If you come 5th you need to play a playoff match which should be priced like a Capital Cup match to get fans in. (Though that is only if Wigan win the FA Cup.)

If we were to have to enter the Europa, it would be a little bit of a gamble, but be a welcome tonic to STH's to only use cup credits from the knock out stage. The gamble is that if we go out in the group stages the club would be faced with an income hole the following season if those unused cup credits reduce the next ST price.

If the club do that then they should go all-out to win it. A good enough team for the group stages and a full first team for the knock-out stages.

I am still hopeful we will finish above the scum.

If we finish fourth I presume we will have to play a qualifier which does not guarantee CL. So I wonder what the position is then :?:

Just paid for my silver membership for myself and junior gunner for my eight year old, 70 sterling, tbh I thought twice before I pressed the confirm button, money is in short supply and 70 quid for the privilege of buying an overpriced ticket to watch a squad of underachievers is beginning to get painful

This may be the wrong thread but the search function didn't seem to work.

I wonder how many season ticket holders will not renew? I was 17-18k on the list last year and deferred. They have already been in contact with me and I will be 1st in line to receive one apparently.

Amazing how people still think the list is a mega wait, it can't be anymore? I was 40k when I joined and barely moved 200-500 places in 2 years then slowly and surely I started moving up thousands for 5 years then I move up 17k places in one go!!

The list is absolute bull shit in truth

Choosing seat for new ST holder

Post by Wengerism »

Got offered a season ticket last season (have been on the waiting list for 7 years) but deferred it as they were offering me poor seats for around 1400.

Was just wondering if anyone knew if they're likely to offer me better seats this season or if I can somehow go about getting better seats?

Try and get a seat where you can't see the pitch - it helps!!
