Tomas, I bet you're really jealous of us going for our 8th virtual trophy in succession eh? Bet you'd swap right now wouldn't you? Klopp for the Coach of the Decade

Spurs got a big helping hand today , ref was piss poor in first half, (not for Spurs) Has the FAs desperation to keep Monkey Boy in England reached such a low that they are instructing refs to favour those :censored:
Actually I say that in jest , but as much as I hate stoke there is no one who could say they got fair play in the first half today. I am pessimistic about our chances for the VT , If it was anyone else but Spurs I wouldn't be so bothered.

Manchester United striker Robin van Persie: "It's an unbelievable day but a sad one as well. I had the honour to work with him for one year and it's been an unbelievable year. He's made such an impact on me. He may be the greatest manager ever and he's such a nice person.
What, not coach of the decade One Arsene Wenger?!

Hi Steve,
your Wigan game will be tough and then the last round you have to play Newcastle United away and Tottenham will have an easier game with Sunderland at home. I wish you the best for the virtual trophy   :!:

Klopp will not leave before the end of his contract 2016 he is a men of honor trust me on that :!: (@Sammy, another bet  :?: ). We hope that he will extend his contract but I also think that he wants to move sometimes to another country? I think he is really in love with english football  so maybe you aim for 2017 or later, just make Arsene stay for a little bit longer   :!:

Cheers,
Thomas

Don't worry about that mate.......Stan and Ivan have already got their little money making machine lined up for another 3 glorious years to see if he can extend his trophyless run to more than 10 years - a truly unique achievement in the modern history of Arsenal

We're having a BBQ to celebrate, so bring some decent beers along and you're welcome to join the big Arsene love in

Pardeaux: Arsenal can smash us for 4 for all I care:

http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/pre ... ID=HP_BN_1

“We got an important result today,” he told reporters. “I don’t really care if Arsenal win 4-0 if I’m honest – I’m sure Spurs will – but I only care that our fans enjoy themselves".

That will go down well in Scumville.

What Pardew meant was they would give us a 4 goal start again watch us fall apart and the game ends 4-4

I will make sure that we are well prepared for next season and thank God we are not in the Europa League again.”

Wow...that is pretty big statement. Hey boss...I'll work today not overtime thanks good, but I still want my normal pay check.

I understand what he means about Europa League and I'm sure many fans and managers empathise but he really doesn't have a way with words does he?

Instead of using terms like "added distraction", "fixture congestion", "endless travelling" which would have conveyed his point equally clearly, he just comes out with "Thank God we're not in it this year".

The blokes a fucking tit like. After a pretty shit season in the league I'd imagine their fans would care if Arsenal put 4 past them, doubt they'd "enjoy themselves" if they saw their shower of shite not put the effort in but still expect their massive pay packet at the end of it (and no doubt a "bonus" for not being shit enough to go down).

As for "at least we're not in the Europa", I'd be fuming if I was an NUFC fan, the whole point of football is competing in as many competitions as possible and trying to win something - no major trophy since 1955 and he would rather not enter the Europa League? Maybe he's holding out for the Champions League title, or perhaps he's just happy plodding on trying to "achieve" mid table every season, god forbid a europa league campaign might affect their ability to get tenth.

Most teams towards the bottom of the league would fucking love a European campaign I would have thought. Utter delusions of grandeur rekindled by Pardew managing to get them to well overperform with last season's league showing.

Didn't really know where to post this so here will have to do.

Was playing cricket saturday and we have a couple of spuds in the team, onme of them a season ticket holder and tbf he's an ok guy  Shame on me I know.

Anyhow I haven't seen him since last summer and we got talking about footie, then he tells me he was one of the 3 spuds beaten up in that bar by Lyon fans.....laugh, I pissed myself, made all the others laugh too. See redeemed myself

He said he was just sat down having a beer when a smoke cannister was thrown in the pub and next thing he knows is waking up in hospital, some fucker just hit him with a chair. :?

He had sticthes in his head and has a picture on his phone of the 3 injured supporters in hospital.

He also said that eufa sent officials to see them but only wanted to know how much he had been drinking, someone from our FA sent an official to make sure they were ok, 5pur2 just sent them a all a get well card signed by avb

Just to add that this spud is never in bother and wouldn't harm a fly (mainly cos he couldn't :D ) but just thought I;d share that  :-P

But it's ok to play weakened teams in the cups as long as you say that you don't want to be in them, isn't playing weakened teams a sign of not bothering about them?
