gibbo getting stuck in. good lad.

nothing like some bad tackles and grudges to raise the tempo.

3 very good chances there. thought rambo was having that...

Playing much better towards the end of the half. Half time came at a good time for Everton.

Özil can unlock their defence at will. Cazorla and Ramsey really need to step it up.

And for another perspective; if Arsenal were playing like Everton and vice vera, you'd all be worried that we were playing nice tippy-tappy football with not much penetration and no end product. Don't worry - we'll be much better in the second half and Everton will tire 8)

that *word censored* Webb is seriously giving decisions against us - everton should have had at least 4 players booked by now. :box: :box: :box: :banghead: :cussing:

Howard Webb let's the game flow more than some. I'd hope he let's it go in our favour too in the 2nd half.

It's evident we need a top class striker.

Plenty mistakes in first half and we gave them chances, but better at the end, I hope a half time rant from Bouldy will help..

other than the last 5 mins we were piss poor that half.

If everton continue to have as much possession in 2nd half we need to bring Walcott on to counter-before the 70th minute!

Hopefully won't be the case and we'll see more of the ball ourselves. Kos (in particular) dealing with Lukaku well so far

There have been many occasions when booing has been fully justified..... But I find it incredible they are booing now, 4 points clear at the top and drawing 0-0 against a team with the second best defense in the league after ourselves, and were getting on their case.
Even by my pretty low standards that is poor by our supporters. :(

Everton are playing well at the moment but it's like we were completely surprised by the way they set up. Let's remember that they might be on form but they're not Barcelona, they're Everton. They will fatigue (as they started to towards the end of that half), they don't really look like creating chances even when they have the ball in decent areas and when we hit our stride in the last 5 minutes they didn't look nearly capable of coping with us.

We need to up the tempo and sharpen up the passing but at the same time remain patient. No need for panic or frustration to set in if it's still 0-0 after 70 minutes.
