Man City Away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

mindless digs ? hardly.

do you think our bench inspires fear in anyone ? let alone our managers inability to use it - like with Walcott on Wednesday night...?

Our first XI is pretty good, but thats not the issue is it ? as someone else said this morning - we have been one Giroud injury away from disaster since Mid August haven't we ?

I apologise now if logic based on recent history seems 'mindless' to you  , but i think some of the more astute posters on here get where the clubs been going since 2002/3 and don't like it either.

you happy with todays ticket price increase are you ? - despite the 150 million quid sponsorship deal announced not four months ago ?

think we're getting value for money chap ? :rubchin:

win or lose i will always support The Arsenal, but that doesn't stop me being objective about how MY club is being run.

if you don't agree fine, thats your opinion. but opinions are like arseholes mate, everyones got one.

so chill the :censored: out yeah.
What an odd reply.

Our views on the club are similar mate. So no, of course I think our squad needs improving; of course we're not getting value for money; and no, I don't think we'll win the league either.

They aren't digs at the club - the things you list above are just observations. And common sense too.

We will Win, Draw or Lose...and no matter the outcome all shall remain rosy in the garden of he who shall not be named. (by that I of course refer to Inspector Clueless - aka: AW...aka: Arsene Wenger the Tacticless one) :-P

Surprising amount of negativity on here. WE ARE TOP OF THE FCKN TABLE! Have some pride and enjoy it.

Man Citeh are as fickle as the lillywhites, up n down like a yo-yo Toure.

2-2.

Since the start of the 2011/12 season City have won 39 of 45 PL home games and lost only twice. Fickle? :rubchin:

walcott starting makes me feel moderately optimistic, hopefully flamini won't be run ragged by toure, arteta gets ripped apart against decent midfield opposition so wilshere is a good selection and sagna is a big boost up from jenks so it's probably our strongest possible line up for this match we could hope for

Gibbs must be injured
from BBC Sport:
One of the changes in the Arsenal side sees Nacho Monreal come in at left-back but Kieran Gibbs is not injured.

That's my opinion - call me defeatist but I would sacrifice 3pts today as long as we beat the chavs next week (cos I still think that we wont win the league)

So overpaid, egotistical, spoilt footballers can lead the life of Riley.
