Arsenal Till I Die wrote:Our Board will never appoint Simeone because they'd know he won't pander to them and furthermore they'd be shit scared of him.

Them and 99% of our Namby Pamby players.

I'd want them (the players) to be scared of him!

Playing for a manager who you know will go pure ape shit if you don't give 110% will certainly strive them to give just that and more. If not, out the door they go.

One can dream :(

Agree about van Gaal being given ridiculous resources and not impressing me but Augie despite fans trying to pin all the blame on Ed Woodward at the time Moyes fucked it up.

He was hanging around not signing anyone because he was in cloud cuckoo land thinking they might sign Fabregas, Bale and Ronaldo. Claimed to be misled but anybody with half a brain could see pretty quickly that Fabregas wasn't actually keen on joining and United were the ones driving the rumours in the press, that Bale was going to Madrid and that Ronaldo wasn't going to leave Madrid to join this ginger no-mark.

He should have just signed Fellaini at the start for the release clause but as it was it was a farce and he was clearly second (or third) choice. He shouldn't have left it until the death if he actually wanted to sign this bang average Herrera bloke that they've got now. He lost no players at all from Ferguson's title-winning team. The only thing the bloke did right was to defuse the Rooney situation and chucking more money Dai Moyes' way would have made things worse not better.

United handled it poorly in terms of the press leak and consequent farce but Moyes was just not up to the job.

There's absolutely nobody who can replace him......we're doomed, we're doomed. Did Nostradamus mention that in the year 2017 the sun shall fall from the sky and engulf us all ?

Most importantly all the player believe in it and in him. There is a unity there that any club should be jealous of. Cannot see him leaving anytime soon. But if he did what a wake up call he would be for some of our players.

Big article about him in this months four four two magazine - it basically confirmed that he would never be sacked there BUT, it did suggest that the performances (that seen them in the bottom 3 up to xmas) this season has prompted fans to start to considering an era without klopp and that was unthinkable last season.
There is no doubt that of all the clubs in england, we are the club that would suit klopp the best given our similar mindsets - however IF he is leaving dortmund this summer, then I would be surprised if citeeh hadnt already got him on board :(

Rumour is he tried last year but was refused. Imagine if he had and Wenker had fucked up against Wigan or Hull as was nearly the case. He really is the luckiest *word censored* in football  :(

the 4th place trophy will be ours once again :barscarf:
make the most of this season's one off 2nd or 3rd place 8)
