The ''no one is coming'' Transfer Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Hes injured.
Cant wait for Jan cause Arsene is gonna spend big, strengthen us in the CF, DM, and CH positions to give us what we need to finish strongly and actually compete for the title.
Cause thats what you do when you're so close you can smell it, right? You dont stand still. You use your resourses and go all out to win, yea? Arsene knows, yea?

According to the Mirror, with Wanyama unlikely to be sold in January, Wenger is targeting a midfielder in the price bracket of £5m-£10m.

This has been doing the rounds for ages; may have some traction.

I heard that we were looking to loan him at the season's start, but that his club had so no and only wanted a permanent transfer. I know fuck all about the bloke but wouldn't be surprised if we do indeed sign him.

At least he's a striker. Although TOF will probably play him on the wing and he'll be unlikely to displace Project Giroud. I expect fuck all anyway.

I stand by what I said earlier:
Sean wrote:Do yourselves a favour and have no hopes or expectations next month. Then it's easy to find all this transfer hysteria - © Sky Sports - quite funny.

Arsenal operate in a different market to the rest of world football - i.e; signing fuck all of use. Don't do it to yourselves; think of your health.

Just enjoy Natalie Sawyer's tits and leave it at that :barscarf:
