NORWICH AWAY

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Not going to unload on Gabriel too much, yes it was shit defending but it is much harder for a defender to be in and out the team all the time as a single mistake can be crucial and as yet he is far too inexperienced to be defending in this league alongside the big German Pussy.

getting completely and totally outplayed and destroyed EVERY SINGLE MATCH is getting embarrassing to watch. i should feel sorry for anyone who pay to watch this humiliation every week, but i don't as they are the reason that this total sham continues

Typical Arsenal, always find a way to concede.

Fucking atrocious marking by Gabriel; got himself into an awful position by simply switching off. You'd think we'd have learnt our lesson after letting a lead at WBA slip, but it's same again; score a goal, relax and switch off.

Could have easily gone in 2-1 down as well. Bellerin was completely out of position leaving Norwich with a free strike on goal. Lucky he missed!

We'll be mentally switched on again second half, but why do it to ourselves? why encourage these teams?

You see that is the type of comment that really gets on my tits - BFG's best days are gone and he shouldn't be first choice at a club like ours anymore, but that is amateur defending by Gabriel and has nothing to do with sharpness and nothing to do with who he is playing alongside  This was my gripe when people were bigging up Gabriel a few months ago - people were all about him cos they didn't want mertesacker anymore, but they didn't bother actually looking at gabriels own weaknesses

The "animal" Gabriel

He's an awful defender. That's just unacceptable schoolyard defending.

Centre half, Defensive midfielder, Centre forward.
Gabriel, Flamini, Giroud.

Wenger used none of his £200million to stregthen us in these positions in the summer when we were crying out for him to do it. Its the difference between top four and Champions. He continues to harm us over and over. Drip, drip, constant, relentless neglegence, incompetence, arrogance.

Death by a thousand cuts. What a *word censored*. :(

if theres one thing we are not guilty of it is being outplayed, we've controlled the game totally. I'm not sure why you come out with this every week :?

I have only been to one match this season - Olympiakos
The penny dropped that I was being a complete mug
