Me too. He is raw but he is exciting - fast, direct and loves running at players. A welcome break to our slow-tempo tippy tappy style.Redarmy wrote:Beginning to think this lad Iwobi has a chance of making it....really hope so
Not dissimilar to Chamberlain 3 or 4 years ago mind. PluS he will end up getting shifted all over the place to accommodate other people.

We're gonna win the league, we're gonna win the league

Re: Pre-season Friendlies Thread
Looking at the team seem to have a combatative look with Xaha, Elneny and Coquelin
Just need that quality centre back and a striker to get 20 plus goals a season and they would not be far away
but as ever just 2 or so players away, thats frustrating

Was just thinking something similar, we're going to leak goals at times and struggle to score at others which will mean we wont compete for another season, we have a team good enough for 4th comfortably i believe but not good enough to challenge when it matters as usualRedarmy wrote:Looking at the team seem to have a combatative look with Xaha, Elneny and Coquelin

Gabriel looks in serious trouble here...
We are so short at centre-half already and it could just have got a lot worse.
