Meanwhile, Wenger has hinted that he may look to move a few players on this summer, with new Premier League regulations stipulating that top flight sides must work with 25-man squads, with eight of those players having to qualify as home-grown.
"We have to respect this rule, so with players coming in, that means players going out at well," he said.
"I am not too much for rules, I believe what is important is the quality.
"The Premier League is the most watched league in the world, and you only get that if you focus on quality more than on artificial rules.
"I do not believe the fact that England did not win the World Cup is linked with that."
That better be the fucking case and no more hot air Arsene, grow some balls and clear the deadwood.
p.s Eduardo will never be under that category but circumstances dictates that he has to go.

This will I'm sure piss shay given off no end and I am sure he wont want to stay there as a number 2 so we move in and sign him instead. This will allow us to buy a quality keeper but at an age that will allow wenger to continue his "dont kill the youth" policy ( ) cos given would probably only have another 2 or 3 seasons left at this level and by then hopefully our young polish keeper will be ready to be our number 1. Slightly coniving plan I know but who cares
Yo Augie.....Coniving or not - It sounds like a good plan to me.....!
The part to really take note of is that we would be battling with bari and palermo for his signiture....shows where we are now I guess
"The diminutive playmaker was tipped to be the next big thing in Italy upon bursting onto the scene in 2007.
However, the 23-year-old has struggled to force his way into the fold under a succession of managers at Stadio Olimpico and is growing increasingly frustrated."
Yip sounds just what we need.
Yeah the best defenders in the world get turned inside out like school boys.
Positioning is everything for a defender and if you dont have it then whats the point.
You've produced 3 clips of him fucking up, anyone can do that for any player in the world, I'm sorry but its a stupid thing to do. Why not show some clips of the good stuff he did? Plus 2 of your clips are from one game.
Your doing what all those who put clips together and make someone look great on youtube. Its the same thing. Thats bollocks, and so is what you're doing.

Sure anyone can find a clip of a defender fucking up, but when those fuck ups lead to goals that make you look silly then surely we should take note.
Regardless of what I post or dont post, it still doesn't change the fact that he is not worth 16mill.
The rumour at the training camp is that Per Mertesacker will join in the next week. At least he's a big centre-half, so that would be promising, though I have reservations about the way he attacks the ball (or not, as the case may be).

Arsène Wenger expects William Gallas and Mikael Silvestre to sign for other clubs ahead of next season.
However, Sol Campbell could yet sign a new contract with Arsenal. According to the manager, the Englishman is 'in no-man's land'.
All three defenders were out of contract on June 30 and are now free agents. However, Wenger does not expect Gallas or Silvestre to re-sign for Arsenal.
"At the moment none of them have signed again for us," he told Arsenal TV Online. "At the moment there is nothing special to say about that.
"I believe that Gallas and Silvestre will sign somewhere else. Campbell is still in no-man's land at the moment."
