ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

This will make the rest of the season absolutely fucking toxic now. The fall out from every defeat will be increased 10 fold on the back of this complete shit show of a window.

This is Wenger levels of self harm and I’m not sure the manager will ride out the storm. Baring some absolute miracle I now can’t see him being manager at the start of next season, he’s signed his own death warrant here.
No way Arteta gets sacked - he has done too well this season
Especially the Blow Jobs he gave Kreonke whilst he was over there.

I can't help but feel cynical and say that this window was all about trimmimg the fat and cost cutting after last summer's outlay.

It's been an excellent window for the money men but for us fans it's been an absolute disaster of epic proportions.

Auba all but gone. Still refuse to believe he has done displayed such behaviour that surpasses Lukaku's one. The latter literally said his former club is the best thing that has happened to him.

We've done absolutely fuck all this window; no ambition, drive or determination to compete for T4, forget cups.

Just hope this is the beginning of that egoistic cúnt that Arteta is. The aura of him stinks of bad attitude and micro-management, top it off that shitty ego he has and the 'smirks' he gives during interviews... it's all a recipe for disaster. Every single manager (bar Mourinho maybe) has displayed these toxic behaviour and achieved short-term success and no long-term success.

Maybe we do need an outside top 10 finish for him to go and believe me, it's going to be a VERY painful next four months but if the end result is Arteta gone, sign me in. Bonus brownies if alongside him the cúnt sitting in the technical director seat also fucks off from our club. :banghead:

If their sense of "success" is influx of a bit of cash to sacrifice CL/EL and T4 finish money, we are in very big trouble.

The Europa League is a loss maker until the very latter stages and 4th only gets you a qualifier for Champions League which we'd probably lose anyway

The vast majority of us already know that we're in big trouble.

In a few weeks time there will be boos ringing round the Emirates when the next fuck up comes and Kroenke will be laughing at the 60 K who helped enhance his bank balance. The only way change will ever happen is if the stadium becomes a ghost town but until then those going are contributing to this shit.
Fuck off. And change the record.
When you have zero argument to make then resort to this moronic response. Make sure you buy out the armory before our next home game

You do realise there is zero chance of anyone better coming in.

Auba had to go, sad though it is. He will probably do OK over there but it doesn't mean he would have bounced back to the Auba of old if he'd stayed

What I can't have though is that we've kept Clubfoot Clive. If turning up late a few times is worse than being a total fucking moron who costs us more games than anyone else....all sense of what's right and what's wrong has gone.

Don't be a dickhead off the field, but please don't be one on it. Double standards for me - seems like Auba and Guendouzi were punted for things that weren't as significant to the club's detriment than that piece of shit

Long term season ticket holder here. Not some tourist. Easy to be confused when you (yes you, not me) have the brain of a peanut.
