Google says he's a young Belgian defender plays for Ajax.

1.Young and cheap tick
2.Ajax so likes to play out of defense(i.e won't f'ing boot the ball away when Drogba/Suarez/Rapist is bearing down)-tick
3.Belgian, well they're so in aren't they and most importantly see 1 again(the 2nd part)-tick

does it even matter anymore,if we were gonna spend we'd have been doing it by now especially if it was going to be on some star quailty, david villa springs to mind,a player like him wont hang around long,if we were going to buy him he'd be ours now.with this little avtivity it means all we can expect is more african french shit and some hot prospect from tim buck fucking two who nobodies ever heard of and who will do fuck all at our club, probably not even break into the first team before he ends up playing for a small european club part time,i give up :banghead:

It is possible......and I'm just thinking out loud here.....that Wenger doesn't want to announce any details of a possible Villa move until Theo is in the bag. In case signing Villa would affect the Theo negotiations.

Maybe I'm just thinking too much......

probaby over thinking it there but would be just the kind of shit stunt Wenker would pull off, also isnt it sad that so what if we bought Villa, why couldnt Theo stay, why cant we accumualate talented players instead of dross, citys embarassment of player riches springs to mind, our squad looks more pubs league than champions league, tbh we could do with Villa,Sneijder and Baines, now wouldnt that be making a statement,3-2-1 back in the room :banghead:

Seems like this rumour could well be true... just checked some sources and it seems like he could well be on his way out
Can tell you a bit about him obviously. Was one of our cb for some time now and quite solid but not really exceptional or nearly as good as his partner Vertonghen was. After Vertonghens departure Alderwereld was expected to become his succesor in terms of quality and leadership but so far he failed to deliver and had quite a poor season.. I think Vertonghen made him look better (in terms of quality  ).
He has talent but so far he has failed to prove that he can be a top defender in the Eredivisie.. so I'm not sure if it's the right time for him to move on.

perfect time for him to move to the emirates and be a complete flop then in a typlical Wenker type purchase :banghead:

...just as we are crying out for leaders, sounds like a typical Weng super signing

Wouldnt it be typical if we did actually make a move for villa only to see him get a serious injury tomorrow nite in barcelona derby
