Abou Diaby - Injuries Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Calm down fellas....I know you're as eager as me to see the modern day Invincible come back soon and rescue our season but its perfectly normal to pick up the odd muscle strain or minor setback when you're recovering from a major injury

The great man will be back soon - playing for his new deal next season

Remember that graphic that was created last year of Diaby listing all his injuries? Someone should do an updated one for shits and giggles.

That list just shows its not an accident. Strain after strain.

Have they done a blood test to check he's not made of matchsticks ?

He's not exactly the cinderella man though is he... no doubt carried on collecting his £50000 each week. It's sad but his perseverance has been well rewarded & some!

Exactly. If I was completely unable to do my job I would be out on my arse as would anybody else here. He still picks up an absolutely exorbitant wage and an amazing lifestyle for that.
