Fucking joke , 30 mil we could spend on a striker , ox came through reserve game so not far away and the very impressive gnabry can cover theo we don't need any more midfielders ,gp543 wrote:Griezmann rumblings. So long as he comes in the next week or two and not the summer (rules out Draxler), I'd be happy. Still not a striker but great replacement for Theo.

I don't understand why Real Madrid would let Morata leave. The only other centre-forward they have is Benzema.mcdowell42 wrote:http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... ta-3009219

Re:
the kid only comes on with 10 or so mins to go its hardly a lot of game time, loan spell to us till end of season with NO option to buy would surely give him more game time then hes getting at madrid, saying that hes not going to take girouds place so unless giroud gets injured would he actually get much game time at us,Red Gunner wrote:I don't understand why Real Madrid would let Morata leave. I am not thinking about Arsenal or Morata, I am thinking about Real Madrid.russgoonergibson wrote:the kid only comes on with 10 or so mins to go its hardly a lot of game time, loan spell to us till end of season with NO option to buy would surely give him more game time then hes getting at madrid, saying that hes not going to take girouds place so unless giroud gets injured would he actually get much game time at us,Red Gunner wrote:I don't understand why Real Madrid would let Morata leave. It's too risky to only have one centre-forward in the squad. How would they cope if Benzena gets injured?

Re:
true i guess but then with bale back and ronaldo, di maria etc its not as if their going to be short of goal scorers, if he was going to a club and gaurnteed to start every game then yeah i can see them up for it to give him experiance but thats not the case with us,Red Gunner wrote:I am not thinking about Arsenal or Morata, I am thinking about Real Madrid.russgoonergibson wrote:the kid only comes on with 10 or so mins to go its hardly a lot of game time, loan spell to us till end of season with NO option to buy would surely give him more game time then hes getting at madrid, saying that hes not going to take girouds place so unless giroud gets injured would he actually get much game time at us,Red Gunner wrote:I don't understand why Real Madrid would let Morata leave. How long before I'm permitted to post pictures of Natalie Sawyer's air bags on this thread?
At least then somebody will be fucking coming

Rodders, I'm a bit worried you're starting to take after your mate There's Only One, settling for second best. Natalie Sawyer is the Kalou of Sky Sports girls. Surely, the Messi option isrodders999 wrote:How long before I'm permitted to post pictures of Natalie Sawyer's air bags on this thread?

Re: January transfer rumours thread
Just flicking through sky bet (I'm bored
) and they are showing the odds of different players leaving their current clubs (98% of which wont move anyway
) and we are not listed amongst the clubs that could sign dzeko and yet are 10/1 to sign torres - even that makes me cringe
The mid-season transfer window is different than the summer transfer window as in there is only a month to do any business and with that in mind, I am really surprised that there hasnt been more business done amongst the bigger clubs
Yes I read all the bullshit about how hard it is to do business in january but there are some seriously heavyweight clubs out there with real financial backing who are intent on buying but are still idle
Manure is one such example cos we know that they have the funds and we know that they want and need to spend and we know that 90% of players in the world would walk over hot coals to join them, so why havent we seen any action ? It isnt even as if we are hearing of failed bids or players refusing to move (and those stories always leak out) so are these bigs clubs naively waiting and expecting prices to go down ?

Re: January transfer rumours thread
Wenger will do the minimum required that he thinks will achieve the ultmiate goal of finishing in the top four. Wouldn't be surprised to see a loan move although he's more than likely to cite Bendtner fit again, Gnabry's emergence, Podolski and Oxlade-Chamberlain as him having more than enough cover.
Everything about the squad points to a repeat of 2007-08. Unfortunately, I don't thing Wenger has sufficiently changed and we will come up short in all competitions, FA Cup excepted but dependng on the draw and Wenger's and the player's attitude.
