Haven't seen any Draxler links yet but there's still plenty of time.

Don't worry, Saliba's driving over soon, so I'm sure he'll pick him up as he passes through Paris.

Just a shame it came too late for him to also pick up Joe Cole enroute.

I’ve just seen a Ford Mondeo at London Colney Sainsbury’s petrol station. Inside were Harry Maguire, Jesse Lingard, Dele Alli and Phil Jones. They said they were off to meet a man called Josh.

:speechless:

Do you think they are waiting for the unveiling of the Wenger statue to announce it ? :barscarf: :censored:

A good day to bury bad news ?

(Although which one is more applicable)

Mane and Salah to both leave Liverpool? Mane is only on 100k a week. Guy has been a lowkey top forward in he world and getting an average salary. How must Mane feel reading Nketiah is close to signing a new 100k a week deal. Then there is Salah who is on 200k a week which is modest by modern standards. But fuck Liverpool have really done Mane on the cheap during his best years. They have robbed him blind. Absolutely he should chase a last pay packet.

I would love it if both left and Liverpool. That being said it would elevate Liverpool's interest in Saka and Martinelli, but then Liverpool are a bunch of cheap piss takers who wouldn't make a sizable offer or pay the necessary wage.

Not really sure what people expect when we only have limited means to improve the squad.

If the renewals of Elneny and Nketiah mean we can get good players like Tielemans and Jesus who can improve the squad, then I am all for it.

As for people who have turned their noses up at Jesus, please tell me who would bring in who is better? Because at £40-£50m I can't think of anyone.

If we dont have the money required to go out and buy a top quality number 9 then so be it, but then dont go out and piss away £50m on average tat like jesus and try to fob it off as a top signing - I'd rather spend £20m on a striker worth £20m, than spend £50m on a striker worth no more than £30m, even though on face of it you would be signing an inferior striker
