I know. I don't know who is doing the scouting etc for Brighton but they keep finding these gems.
they've sold 3 of their best players in the window and De Zerbi just keeps getting the team to play very good football.

The Head Choppers totally out-played so now resort to just kicking the opposition.

One of Brighton's main men behind the scenes (think it is academy director) used to work over here for the FAI and they have 5 young Irish players doing really well for their u-23 team in Premier League 2 (one has just gone on loan to Blackburn)
A few years ago when Evan Ferguson was playing for Bohemian's Under 15s my youngest lad signed for Bohemian's Under 14s and they played against each other in an in house friendly a few days later - my lad is a centre back and coming from rural Ireland wouldnt have been aware of who Ferguson was back then (every kid in Dublin knew all about Ferguson even then), and when first ball came up to him my lad was slightly late and clattered him by accident and Ferguson wasnt happy about it at all. Even then he was a big unit but a nice lad too, and my lad played a few games alongside him before he left and said he was a good lad at encouraging younger players
