Wenger is far too loyal to his players - the only way he'll sell players against their will is if they are absolutely undeniably useless.

Personally I am a big Cazorla fan but with Ozil in the squad he's marginalised and too much of a luxury. Imo we should sign Fabregas and sell Cazorla on, we'd still get a fair wedge for him. Likewise I would sell Arteta and buy a quality DM if that's an option, but there's no way Wenger will tell Arteta he has to find a new club as he has no future here.

TH14 pushed for a transfer to barca for the whole 2005/2006 season and then did a U-turn after the champs league final cos of some sort of feeling of injustice A few months into the following season he decided that he had made a mistake staying with us and then spent the remainder of that season organising the transfer to barca. So despite spending a season and a half trying to get a transfer to barca, the vast majority of Gooners practically wanked themselves to death when he re-joined us as a 35 YEAR OLD Contrast that to the reaction that cesc is getting now from many Gooners - he left us to return to his boyhood club and to play in what is probably the best club side ever, but now he is regarded as a judas despite the fact that he wants to return to us again in what is HIS PEAK YEARS We would not be signing a player for sentimental reasons......we would be signing one of THE best midfielders in the world and would be getting the peak years of his career - it should be a no brainer even ignoring the threat of him joining the chavs
