Absolutely. I was looking at an article in one of the media and noticed there were a lot of Man City players mentioned near the top so i counted how many in the top 10. it was just an observation on my part. I agree the whole thing is a pile of crap.

The award to Messi was just a MEH for most people , we know the journalists that voted for him are not the brightest sparks at the best of times. However I have only ever watched one women's game and the female winner Bonmati was the best player on the pitch by a country mile. She does play for Barcelona but in this case I think they got it right. I remember commenting at the time that her game reminded me of Iniesta ,she was that good in comparison.
