The pound now at a 31 year low...
We are gradually as a country becoming poorer by the day and yet the leavers are still in denial.

Similarities with AKBs who still think Wenger is the right person to manage Arsenal.

The pound is at an all time low and the stock market has gone up ! The markets will do what they always do and seize the chance to make a quick buck. Anyone who thought the transition would be easy was fooling themselves but as I see the problems that the E.U is having , I have to agree that it is a crumbling empire and that in the long run we will be better off not footing the bill for it's collapse.

The EU may well be collapsing but that is missing the point. It would be far better to be inside the EU and help to change it rather than being outside it and being dictated to by this possibly crumbling empire. don't forget we will need them far more than they will need us

Don't be fooled by rising markets, in £ terms the UK stock market has fallen or at worst is at break even. What I mean is if the markets increase by 10% but the currency depreciates by 10% in real terms you haven't made any money.

Better off inside an intractable organisation which has denied the changes we have tried to implement ?
I think that the pound will fluctuate as Germany and France have their elections. Merkel and Hollande have their internal problems and it is by no means certain that they will be re - elected.

Sorry but why ? The whole point of leaving as far as I could see was to benefit financially in the long run and not having to kowtow to politicians that just wish to create a latter day Roman Empire . I also suspect the hand of the Bildeberg group as they strive to spread their influence across Europe as well as controlling the United States.

.....this is a mantra from the remainiacs who haven't yet accepted that the EU is totally incapable of reforming itself. EMPs have no real power. They are not even allowed to propose any new legislation/changes in policy/ changes in organisation. The whole show is run by a small group of dictators who are hell bent on perpetuating an anti democratic monster. Hitler and Stalin had similar ideas. European nations need to be free again. And they will be when the stinking edifice collapses.

In the mean time we have people spouting doom and gloom because the £ to $ rate has hit a 31 year low. Which is miniscularly worse than the day after referendum. And a whole lot better than when the two currencies almost reached parity in 1985. The fifth largest economy in the world is not going to experience a Wall Street style collapse because of Brexit. Hard or soft.

For all that leavers like me can hope things are going to be better out and those who are remainers can say it's going to be a disaster, until the details of trade agreements, international relations et al come out and people have time to divest them and not knee jerk over them nobody knows
