Personally I think they'd be fools to toss aside another good manager simply because the remains of like seven managers can't be moulded together into a unified squad.

AVB is a very good manager, but Roman is itchy, and Hiddink is hovering.

That's just it, Chelsea's management are a bunch of morons and their fans (going on their 8th year in the league) don't know how to follow a team that isn't winning/spending.
