My prediction is Wenger will buy nobody & nobody will want the 'usual suspects' as the prick has put them all on extended contracts at 70k a week & nobody in their right mind would want them for even half that.

Like I said, "Wilshere is like a new player".

No doubt so is that *word censored* Diaby

I'd said in normal circumstances it would be the only reason for him to stay. But he's taken one of the finest midfielders of his generation and played him out of position for at least 3 of those years, so on that basis I agree.

Spuds are reported to have bid £14 mil for Papis Cisse. Freiburg striker, with a view to replacing the Whore.

QPR have bid £8 mil for Jelavic of Rangers.

Chelsea have signed Cahill and are reported to have bid £24mil for Hulk of Porto.

Man United have completed the £30 mil signing of Nicolas Gaitan, who will join in summer to address their midfield.

Arsene Wenger FC? Despite having more funds than virtually every team in the league, they are signing a pensioner whose mediocre performances in the MLS have been interspersed with the munching of mucho enchiladas, tacos and quesadillas. What. A. Joke.

If ever a sentence summed up the stubborness of the Frenchman then this is it. Would Ferguson have persisited with him or found more useful ways of spending 65 grand a week? :banghead:

One upside of the Henry signing is that at least he has a brain. Sadly the same can't be said of Diaby, Song and Gervinho

Lennon was injured recently and VDV has a tantrum about playing wide so he might actually make it into the TinyTotts team at the mo.

On the other hand Song, much derided here, would walk into the ManUre first team and Citeh would love to have him whilst Yaya is at the ACN

the process of comparing Bale and Walcott was indeed started by some idiot

For double the price and double the wages, Wenget got a pussy who couldn't even terrorise an ant

I'm happy to have Henry, he can do a job for us and £70k a week for a couple of months is worth it. Somebody idiotically suggested he's here for the money - his contract will be paid whatever, he is a true Gooner, personally I think some respect is in order. As has been said already Henry is likely to come in as cover for Gervinho. Whether one rates him or not he has been our first choice player on the left.

I can't see anybody signing any ACN bound players in Jan so I guess we will have Chamakh till the summer. I don't know what Joel Campbell's work permit situation is, maybe Wenger thinks he can come in?
Whatever the summer plan is and even if you see Henry as an option at CF we need strikers for March, April & May.

I like Benik Afobe, and I know he was injured early in the season, but it's far too much of a gamble to rely on him.

My guess for the window is: Henry comes in for ACN cover in two positions.
We try and move on a few players (usual suspects) and we sign another centre forward.

I would like us to buy another option at LB but not sure it will happen
RETARD WATCH

Retard point number 1:

Highbury JD, the AKB who accepts Spuds will finish ahead of us this season but that's ok you see, because "can they do it two seasons in a row".

Retard Point 2:

JD claims Walcott and Bale are closely matched in terms of quality. So laughable a statement that it barely warrants anything but hearty laughter.

Retard Point 3:

JD claims that with Yaya gone to the ANC " Citeh would love to have Song"
Two minor problems with that idiotic statement. First being that this is a tacit admission that Somg would be nothing but a backup bit-part player for two months at Citeh. While he's an all star at Arsenal.
Second point, and yet again relating to your absolute lack of ANY football knowledge; it takes a tool of grandiose proportions to think that Song will ever be anywhere near the player Nigel De Jong is!!!

Or you think Song would start ahead of him?

You really are a prize AKB Plum. Precisely the type of unambitious, idiotic grazing Emirates sheep I abhore. Of course you're "happy" with Henry's return. Just as you are "happy" with Chamakh and Park, "happy" with seven trophyless wasted years, "happy" with the job Wenger is doing, "happy" for Spuds to finish ahead of us so long as they don't do it next year perhaps.

Go on muppet. Keep talking about how Spuds will lose Bale, Modric and co.
If they lose them they'll still have CL football to offer new recruits and thru WILL be replaced with similar quality.

Of course, we will be great. No RVP after he leaves, shit squad, Europa League footie on offer. Uh huh the future's bright!
We couldn't give away our dross in an Oxfam car boot sale!

Jog on you superficial artificially unintelligent retard. If what you see makes you happy then you're a loser and more to the point, have more in common with Spud fans than Gooners.

Because all the Spuds I know are delirious and delighted by Wenger's management. They're thrilled with the direction he's taking the club in. And if you are too then you can piss off to Shite Lane and idolise Wenger along with them.

What? You're not happy? SHOCKER.

34 = a pensioner? Didn't you start a thread a while back and delcare your love for the 33 year old Rio Ferdinand?

We are going backwards as a club. This is the 3rd signing in as many years where we have brought back an ex player.

Wenger outright refuses to spend any fucking money.

If you look at the three signings he has bought in the last 3 januarys they are the exact type of player all and suindry were crying out for in the summer previous.

Jan 10 we bring back Sol Campbell, everyone and his wife knew that we needed a centre half in the summer of '09.

Jan 11 lehman comes back yet the summer of '10 we ALL fuckingknew we needed a GK.

And here we are Jan '12 and in comes Henry when we all said we need an additional striker in the summer.

What the hell is this manager doing? Constant elastoplast signings and mark my words this will be the ONLY signing we make in Jan '12.

£50m in the bank and we do nothing. It's going beyond a joke.

Wenger is totally obsessed with developing and has no regard for winning titles.

The sooner he goes the sooner we can move forward

KIWOMYA

The funeral cortège for Arsene Jong- Il has already left. Please continue your weeping on Wenger State television...

Thanks

Or save yourself the trouble in your next post and just copy-paste
"Arsene I love you and would dearly love to kiss your tender lips"
