I told a fellow gooner (was an akb but I have turned him to the dark side) to put money on us losing the tie 7-2 on aggregate. 3-1 at home and 4-1 away.
He later emailed me after the first result and asked if I had put money on it but I can never bet against Arsenal, it just wouldn't sit well with me
Anyhow I will watch it and count how many times Giroud fails to pick the ball up in his stride and then slips and flails around like a giraffe on ice.
The traveling Gooners are being well and truly shafted by wenger tonight - these guys are shelling out a load of money, in the midst of a global financial meltdown, only to see wenger disrespect them by throwing in the towel If we are reading this correctly he is prioritising a game on Saturday that will get us into this cup next year....why bother if he is gonna throw in the towel as soon as the knockouts start ?

Yep, it was suggested on the radio earlier that he's not injured at all, and that he's just being rested. But Arsenal have said that he's injured so as to avoid fan backlash. More lies and bullshit from the club, but we've come to expect that.

I'm sure they do but with the amount of scar tissue form previous injuries already suffered then I am sure they cannot disprove he needs rest either.
