Fuck! What will they do?
Ahhhhh it's ok, next game is against the Farcenal, a guaranteed return to form for the dippers. We are THE team to play when everything is going wrong! If I had any money I would stick it all on a double of Sturridge to score and Liverpoop to win.
Last season we went to extreme lengths to help out club who were struggling.

Chelsea were a shambles but they still beat us twice without conceding.

Swansea were resting players for the relegation "six pointers" but still beat us.

Man Utd were riven by injuries and having to play midfielders in the defence but we let Rashford run riot.

Southampton hadn't won in six games but they battered us 4-0.

West Ham had to throw a 16 y/o into their midfield on the opening day but we broke him in easily by letting them win.

Crystal Palace were in a prolonged slump but we still gifted them a point at the Emirates.

We also donated a point to Sunderland to help keep Big Sam in the Premier League
Very good post wouldn't be surprised if tonight is a carbon copy of the Everton game with us giving them a lift up while they are down.

Liverpool are playing badly but have a very good record against the other top 6 sides expect Mane to give us big problems.

Think it's a blessing Ozil is out tonight  he is struggling big time in this team under this regime.

Be careful what you wish for..

I still remember the raping we got a few years back. Those first 20 minutes - second to very ball, losing every challenge, out paced, out fought, out muscled. Was horrible and Ozil's worst game for the club.

I would pick Cech, Bellerin, Mustafi, Kos, Monreal, Elneny, Xhaka, Chamberlain, Welbeck, Ramsey, Sanchez. Yeah thats right, Ramsey. Because a second striker, I feel is his best position.
Ozil is out and so is Elneny foot problem.......Hollywood Ramsey...one goal all season in the PL and one in the CL he is another that needs to be jogged on....something that he is good at jogging as the game bypasses him,he is done as a player at the highest level 2013/14 was his one season where he looked a real top player...

My team Ospina,Bellerin,Mustafi,Kos,Monreal,Xhaka,Ox,Coq as no other fit midfielder, front three Perez,Welbeck,Sanchez....

Ramsey is fit so he will play so probably will Iwobi and Walcott.

Not sure the break will help us Liverpool are hit and miss but we are an easy team to play against and they actually have a good record this season against the other sides in the top 6....I expect a 2-1 defeat.

Probably a defeat. Probably the usual long-range hit and hope which flies in from some bang-average bindipper. Probably us being fucking shit for most of the game. Probably someone else's fault according to Wanker.

By 7-30 pm we will probably be 6th in the table.

Wegner will be interviewed after the break showing him arguing with the 4th official about something minor..

He will ask that we focus on the rest of the season and the fight for the top 4 ahead...his 20 years of managing this club...like he does it for free with no budget..

The studio will criticize how we played...the quote the 'players need to have a look at themselves'...'he deserves to go with his legacy intact' etc..etc...e fucking etc....

Monday morning he will brief the press on the Bayern game saying we have a small chance to qualify and ask the fans to get behind the team...and so it continues....

I would laugh if it wasn't so fucking predictable. Sadly, I think you are absolutely spot-on.

I really can see this being a draw. Liverpool will miss Henderson much more than we will miss Ozil. For all our many faults, more often than not we can score against weak defences.

Desmond for me (2-2)

How can Whinger not 'see' how poor Iwobi & Walcott & (Especially) Ramsey are!???? - Once upon a time, before he lost his marbles and became the delusional despotic narcissistic fool he now is Whinger would oft say 'I didn't see it'...Well as sure as hell he definitely does not see something so blatantly obvious to the rest of the universe...dull cunto :banghead:

If they score early - and something tells me Klopp will have them fired up and they will come out of the traps like a steam train - we are in for a very, very long afternoon.

Either way with Whinger in charge this game (from a Gooner perspective) will be a very, VERY BIG PILE OF VERY SMELLY POO!.

Its actually quite sad reading through the pages of this thread in the build up to what used to be one of those games we would all really look forward to. These days everyone knows the score - Liverpool are about to receive the leg up that their season needs. By the end of the game the punters will be heaping praise on Klopp and enquiring as to where that level of performance was against Leicester and the other teams that have rumbled the Mickeys in the past few weeks. We all know what the real reason is for that of course - a lame duck manager, who despite having a great opportunity to stick one on our rivals, will send out a team paralysed by fear playing paceless tip tap football hoping to avoid a mullering. If we really do have a midfield that contains Ramsey, then our chances just went down another notch. He's absolutely fucking dire in most games, and especially big games away from home

Disagree with most of the posts on here, no matter how shit we are Wenger always pulls it out the bag when he feels under even slight pressure, they'll all be aware there is a protest planned for this Tues so to make it seem inane and petty they'll play out their skins to protect the 'Messiah' and their own cushy lifestyles :rubchin:

(I hope to god i'm wrong by the way)

Pulling it out of the bag Arsene style. doesn't involve beating a big team away very often. Pulling it out of the bag comes after we've lost to Liverpool and everyone starts doubting if we will finish in the top 4, before we then get a second leg moral victory against Bayern reserves before flat track bullying Lincoln and West Brom, draw at home to City and then show our remarkable 'spireet' by rolling over Palace, West Ham, Middlesbrough and Sunderland in the weeks that follow to tie up another Virtual Trophy

There is no way that we will lose to the victims tomorrow, and if we score first I would expect us to win - they are an absolute shambles at the mo, and the left side of their defence (lucas and milner) is truly shocking, and I believe that wally will have his rare great performance tomorrow evening in scouseland

3-1 win for the Gooners :barscarf:

Our lot of spineless tossers led by a deluded old fraud will crumble at the first sign of pressure......

3-1 Scouse
Wenger already getting excuses ready.....“It is always a bit of a problem [slow start after a break] :D :D :D :D :D :D
