Surely it still constitutes the last man rule SteveO, there was no-one between Saka and Martinez if he got away from the defender

Commentators taking turns explaining why that's not a red...in fact debating if it's even a foul

Exactly what Rodders said.
Ref wasn’t prepared to even think about sending him off, just a cowardly decision as it won’t get highlighted. He was pissed off when the linesman flagged.

We can blame the refs as much as we want
Simply covers up another shameful 36 minutes of football being played out at a snail's pace
Could be any one of dozens of first half displays I've seen from us in the league over the past year

Villa are fucking shit and we are doing absolutely nothing to put them under any pressure.
Re: Aston Villa Vulvas Sat 6th Feb KO 1230
How many fucking times are we going to kick it straight out of play?
Fucking basics and we can't get it right

SteveO in this instance how we play the rest of the match is not the point, the discussion is whether it should have been red, if it had been Grealish brought down by Bellerin you can bet your arse it would have been a red card.

Look at the laca head butt incident again. If you accidentally catch some ones foot with your knee it's a pen but it you head butt the back of the head it's a clash of heads.northbank123 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 1:06 pmExactly what Rodders said.

Every week we have to sit through the commentators waxing lyrical for 90 minutes about one of the opposition players. This week it's the Birmingham renowned Jack Grealish

I think you’re letting your hatred of Arteta get in the way of things.
If Holding had of taken a Villa player out in that exact same situation you would 100% be saying he was lucky not to be sent off.
