Griezmann could have been signed for £30m a couple of years ago, according to Sid Lowe no one in England wanted him. Now he's worth upwards of £70-80m...

Just be glad that the Frenchman United want to spunk 100m quid away on is Pogba rather than Griezmann. What a swindle that will be!

With players with pace and movement showing for the ball, Ozil looked incredible in the first half (I didn't watch much of the second).

I bet he's looking forward to teaming up with Le Lampost again.

Except when the c.unt had a penalty against madrid in champs league final and he fcuked it up  Tbh I lost a lot of appreciation for the c.unt after missing that penalty

Gignac is actually what many of the Giroud haters pretend Giroud is.

At this moment in time I doubt I will watch the final on sunday night - without doubt the ladyboy winning anything (and I even include the coin toss in that) repulses me, but at the same time I don't want france to win it and that feeling has grown with each passing game. I have gone from not believing that giroud is good enough to be first choice for us, to now wanting him out of the club altogether. I acknowledge that it isn't rational, but my animosity towards france is largely based around the thoughts of wenker and giroud strutting around like they are kings of all in front of them if they win it. The reality is that both are no better than average but arrogance is a sin and both of these fcukers have it in abundance (the cupping of his ear still grates on me) :x The thought of a cuntbag like evra winning after leading a boycott at the previous world cup is also too much to bear

Yep. And we had a thread on here saying we should have got rid of him!

If France win it and Griezmann is top scorer I've €100 to collect off Mr Paddy Power. Allez les Bleus!! :barscarf: :D

You are right - that isn't rational, buddy!

But I get your point.

Giroud would be fine if he was second striker to a top quality striker in a 4-4-2 or similar, but for Wenger to repeatedly play him as lone first striker in our shit 4-5-1 is ludicrous. It really grinds me. I genuinely believe Wenger's ego is so out of whack he would literally cut off his own nose to spite his face. He sees the pundits and the media saying "Giroud is average at best" and "Wenger needs to buy a top striker because Giroud is not good enough" and he thinks "Fuck them. They will never tell me what to do." :x

European international football is in an odd place. The two sides with the best players and most technical ability by a mile - Spain and Germany - both struggle to score goals and win games. Likewise at a lower level Belgium are packed with talented players but their performances and results just don't reflect this.

France are a team with one or two standout players and a lot of average dross in there but have won every game. The average sides with the best tactical and defensive organisation like Italy and Portugal are the ones who have prospered.

Play this tournament in any other country and france would wilt, would start fighting amongst themselves and some might refuse to play  Their success to date is largely driven by the fans and the weaknesses of some referee's - in the first half last night the referee totally screwed the germans :x

That was a strange one alright, looks to have been totally out of character for him to be fair though. He's slotted his two pens in this tournament which were both high pressure with little bother, last night's was a super finish. I'd love to see him in an Arsenal jersey, surely he won't be long more at Atletico before one of the big guns (i.e. not us) snaps him up.
