To be fair the first TV angle he looked a good metre off. The way I see it though regardless of whether he was on or off if you need three minutes to come to the decision the offside tech clearly isn’t good enough/is incompatible with the complexity of the offside law.

It's PGMOL's way of using VAR so that when Webb & Co Want to disallow a goal (like against us) They can with impunity and claim fairness. It's an age old tactic of by appearing to be "Inclusive" :ie: Checking Everyone and pretending to cover all incidents they can choose who they exclude and so what goals stand and those that are not. It's the way that Politics and Board Meetings operate in order to arrive at preferred decisions etc. So that it looks to all appearances that they are applying the same process/es to everyone but it's just another way to hide their true intentions and of course the Innate Corruption that we all know is going on, but do not have the means to prove (Yet!).
