Wenger out. Let's back back to the proper stuff now, please.
In fact, Wenger for France.

Sadly had to watch it on the BBC and it's hilarious to listen to wobbly lip and She-ra pretending that they know what it's like to play in an international final.

Loved the strength Koscielny showed for the goal
shoved aside like a wee laddie
fair fucks to portugal they were the only undefeated side in the tournament so deserve to win it no matter how they achieved it.

A bit of justice for the Irish seeing as the Portugal winner came soon after it.augie wrote:Good to see clattenberg keeping up his shit cup final record after booking kos for handball despite the fact that it was a black hand that did it![]()

Danny Murphy seemed to think Clattenberg's mistake on Kos' yellow card was understandable.. As understandable as mixing up black and white

That was a very Arsenal like performance last night. Up against the parked bus unable to break it down. Fuck they even had Giroud to help them perfect it.
Please god not him up front for another season.

It was all about Ronaldo at the end..The Portuguese manager should have told him to sit down and shut the fuck up..

Of course it was - attention-seeking prick. But then again what do you expect when the cameras swoop around him on the final whistle, rather than the match-winner or one of the players who ran themselves into the ground and barely gave an inch for 120 minutes.Bradywasking wrote:It was all about Ronaldo at the end..The Portuguese manager should have told him to sit down and shut the fuck up..
After a very solid game Koscielny showed his tendency to defend like a spindly 13-year old for the goal.
Giroud was piss-poor throughout; unsurprisingly. Looking forward to having that lump as our unchallenged lone striker for another season - hope he's added some new gesticulations.

No doubt their keeper was by far the best player on the pitch

Fonte's an irritating
like Pepe. Pepe put in very, very fine performances.

Re: The ONLY Euro 2016 thread
On Twitter after the game last night, Ronaldo put up a picture of the Portugal team, with the Nike symbol and the words "Make them believe". I understand commercialism is a big part of the game, but when you have just won your countries 1st ever tournament, you could avoid the Ad's for one night.
Re: The ONLY Euro 2016 thread
Well done Portugal. Played the match to perfection after Ronaldo left the pitch. They've been there or thereabouts for 4 of the last 5 tournaments so about time.

Re: The ONLY Euro 2016 thread
Is there a case for Koscielny being affected by the incorrect booking a few minutes earlier and therefore not doing everything he could to stop eder? Or is Koscielny prone to bit of arsenallike defending and being shrugged aside too easily?
