Sneijder is overrated. Couldn't hack it at Madrid and only really got fame when he won the CL with Milan.

I'm frustrated too but we need to buy the right players. We were linked with David Villa for 14m. That's absurd and counterproductive. Likewise Sneijder is on huge amounts of money and that is not a good omen. If he comes over I reckon there is no guarentee he will bother to try that hard esp when he knows he wont win anything. I would of liked us to have signed Demba Ba. Think we missed out there. Hell we could of got him for free 18 months ago. That's inexcusable really.

So the only player we have put any value on this transfer window is Theo :roll: We all agree he is inconsistent, when he shines he burns bright, but just not too often. I have no problem with the guy getting his money, at the end of the day if the club feel he is worth it then fair play to him.

My problem is this, if Wenger is using him to send out a message to the world that Arsenal no longer sell om their best, then his stance has come way too late! He should have played hard ball with Cesc, Nasri and without doubt RvP. Wenger's decision to say Theo is the tipping point just leaves us looking pathetic and desperate.

He is telling us Theo is great value in a market with no value, yet Villa is poor value, accepting we were really in for him at any point, in Wengers crazy, mixed up mind.

If Theo is worth 25 million then Fellaini at 'only' 22 million looks like the bargain of the decade!!!!
