They'll claim that it creates conflict in the crowd or some bollocks i'm sure. There can be no moral, upstanding reason for taking it. It surely breaches none of Galatasaray's ground regulations.

What will be interesting is to see if they give it back after the game. If not they've essentially stolen a person's personal belongings.
