Other Matches Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Was at a meeting of our local club and when it was over I checked my phone and saw it was nil nil after 70 mins.

I tapped a fella gooner on the shoulder on the way out and told him what was happening….city will score he said and I just nodded in agreement and rolled my eyes.

By the time I got to the car it was 1 nil. What a boring fucking league

They’ll win the next 20 games and romp home. Wipeeeeeeeeeee.

That's pretty much it, win 13 on the trot or it's game over. There's no jeopardy in city's games, as much as the media tried to delude people into thinking that it's now a 3 horse race after they drew against the chavs at the weekend, that result was an absolute freak - city had 31 attempts and if Barbie hadn't had an off night would have easily won by 4 or 5.

latter half of the season, it tends to become who you can bring off the bench to swing games

City have De Bruyne, we have Nketiah

Never a truer word spoken :high5:

Same goes for the scouseFilth who have a strong bench even with injuries etc...

Also has anyone else noticed how Cheaty and the ScouseFilth are bringing through their Academy Players all ready to step up to the 1st Team Level, I think we have 1 or 2 at most. :?

Hilarious that Kane is still likely to be trophyless this season, but that was a cross from Xhaka in my opinion. Keeper didn't cover himself in glory either.
