Udinese v. Sporting Lisbon before our friendly v Benfica.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Come on brother, you can't say that after watching anything this pre season, that any area of the team has improved from the arse end of last season.

I for one think it is a scary thought that the matches will only get more competitive after today.

chamakh is worthless. i'd rather have one of the midfielders play up front. he seems to try and play like one but he sucks at it. he stopped being a striker.

It has to be ( yet another ) wake up call for Wenger though, surely.
And he's the important one that has to wake up.

We are quite clearly a couple of major injuries away from collapsing totally this season.

Wenger's face just came up on the broadcast again, and I imagined the CUUNT Graphic there, which made me laugh!

It's not all bad. Always look on the bright side of life...

or should I just flick back to espn.

I have never stopped watching a game before, guess there is a first for everything.
One wants more money and the other wants to play for his boyhood club. No that hard eh?

Can't wait for Wenger's excuses! Squallici is a pro and he'll improve etc, he's still getting used to a faster pace, at least we scored, we're tired from two matches last weekend, I had a late night thinking of how to fuck the club up further, Steven Hawkings wanted 80k a week but we won't go over 75k

Trouble is none of the Journos are willing to really give him a roasting. They just ask him a question and he goes oh yeah we're mentally strong blah blah. Surely some jouro has to just go yeah but we've heard that for the last five years...

Someone needs to put him under a bit of pressure. It's embarrasing.

Now, now the Red Action super fans have politely request that all their subordinate fans stop using that word to describe the manager.

Real fans are real patients.

Did I say that? I'm not oblivious to our obvious shortcomings but the way some people overreact on here makes me laugh.

That was the 'scene' where I imagined it!

Brilliant!
