I find it funny that an AKB is telling us to give credit to Wenger. Give him credit for turning us into unbeatable Champions into also-rans and the fact we've for the moment saved that (by our standards) average title? I wouldn't give Wenger credit if we'd finished second and were still in the FA Cup and won it, finishing third this season is not good enough.

But other than that I will enjoy the win

Agree with those who say Rosicky should have been kept in the middle, why change it when it works so well for him?

Everton unlucky with disallowed goal.

We need to convert pressure to goals, and more importantly learn how to control games. We were on top then let Everton back into it.

I really look forward to when Coquelin returns to put Song under pressure, we give the ball away too easily in midfield.

What great results.

Seems like we play better when other teams score first..

After the first goal we pretty much sat back and invited Everton to put pressure on us.

At least we are winning when we play shite

Just goes to show where we could've been if manager and board had pulled their fingers out last summer. I genuinely believe we would have won a very poor league. Yes it's great we're 3rd but I fear we'll see no real change this summer as the board will feel they've done enough.

For those of us that were out training tonight can you tell me how we played tonight ? 5 Live says that everton should have had a goal that was wrongly ruled out for offside but other than that I havent heard much
For the first 20 minutes we were the best I've seen us play this season, Everton couldn't get near us. After squandering some golden chances (couple from Ramsey and one from RvP) Everton made a tactical switch pushing fellaini further forward and began to get into the game as we regressed to our usual sloppy selves.

Second half Everton were the better side without ever looking particularly threatening. Thats with hindsight ofcourse, watching the game was fucking agony. Robin had a couple of chances second half to seal it (hit the post with one) but we held on in the end. Everton had very few ideas going foward but to lob it up to fellaini and our defending was gritty, if not always easy to watch.

Drenthe definitely was not offside but as far as I'm concerned it makes up for that abortion of a saha goal at the bowl last year and Rosicky should have had a penalty tonight. He must be porking the refs wife because there were 3 clear fouls on him not given second half but there ya go.

How did Arteta perform against his old club? There was quite a few posts on the BBCsport website questioning whether he was worth the £10m we paid for him or whether Parker would have been better value at only £5m.

Not one of his better games today, got caught on the ball a few too many times.

Well at the moment boys and girls we're in 4th and arsenal stand proudly in 3rd

On evertons goal disallowed

It's unbelievable. How much more luck can they get.. They'll win the league as this rate.

Perhaps the players started reading the "Let's laugh at Arsenal" thread?

Season is over.

4 games ago we were in the title hunt, now we are going to be a point behind le scum and only 2 in front of Chelshit with them to play on Saturday.

The football gods hate us!!

PS.

Why do they call their fanzine GLORY GLORY surely thts in breach of the trade description act

How can we bottle it this bad? the people that contributed to the "Lets laugh at arsenal" thread must be embarrassed beyond belief now.

Only saw what was shown on motd but seems like we were unlucky not to score more and fortunate on a few decisions.

Rambo and Rockin Robin both could of had hatricks.

Fantastic night for football and humanity. The scum are back where they belong. Rejoice and praise Bergkamp! :barscarf: :D

BUT.

Why is Arsene now deciding to f*ck with a winning formula? Why move Rosicky back out wide when he has looked different class in the centre? And why in the name of God do it to accomodate the massively out of form Ramsey? Just when things look up for a change, good old Mr KnowsBest decides to f*ck around with it. :banghead:
