Euro 2012

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

This match is infinitely more enjoyable to watch for the neutral. Some great football being played by both teams.

If i cared and had any personal pride I'd do my utmost to perform.....thats the real world, if i didn't i'd be down the road beacuse that's what happens with 'real' jobs and real lives not £70k pw fantasies.

Kite has it: if you have a manager who basically tells you you can turn up whenever you like and still pick up your wages, you can't entirely blame the player for not trying, as he is a product of his environment's permissiveness. Football also is far detached from the real world you mention mate, sadly.

How else is Arsene Wenger still in a job, on a ridiculous salary and accountable to nobody?

Great hit from the Czech right back but goes Over the line. He's been Marathonic tonight.
